Paul from Whelan's Heating Air is amazing. A couple years ago our air conditioner broke. He came out, replaced the burnt out part and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need and his price was exceptionally reasonable. Today our heater broke on one of the coldest days of the year. He arrived within 20 minutes and determined it was just loose screws on the unit. He very well could have sold us an entire unit but he once again was knowledgeable and honest.
