My AC went out the day before the big heat wave. They were able to come in and repair it in such a short amount of time. I had called another big name company who could not come out before Rico's. So would totally recommend this company. Quick response, very friendly, and knowledgeable.
Rico’s has become my go to AC repairman. They fixed my main roof unit 3 years ago for $600.”, while another AC Company said I’d have to replace the entire AC unit for MANY thousands of dollars. It’s still going strong. Today, fixed my mini-split unit that was leaking water. Thank you!!

Came out to check my HVAC. Turns out I needed a Capacitor. He quoted me $250 for a new one. Found the exact one I needed at an Ace Hardware store for $25. The kicker, he plugged in to check my freon and ended up taking out some of the refrigerant as I wasn't interested in paying $250 for a $25 part when he disconnected. Do your research and dont let this guy scam you. I paid him the agreed upon consultation fee he asked for but i feel like I was robbed.

My AC stopped working in the midst of a heatwave. Rico arrived promptly the same day that I called. He was courteous, professional, and his rates were very reasonable. I was back in business in 30 mins for the cost of a small part replacement. Highly recommend!
I am so grateful to find an AC company I can trust. They not only work on our commercial building they also were able to fix my Mom’s residential unit. Very honest and know what they are doing. Cesar and his crew are very professional as well as friendly. They did an excellent job and was reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them for any hvac job.Cesar also installed a new water heater and when the temps turn warm we will use for a/c maintenance. The best co we have ever used personable friendly efficient and compriable pricing.

My AC unit completely stopped working tonight.. I was desperate as it’s August in Sacramento and I was sure that AC companies are swamped with calls for repair. It was after hours, but Cesar called me back and offered to come out right then. He got to my place fixed the unit and had my AC cranking out cold air in no time. His charges were low, he was honest and compassionate! I’m sure he is flooded with business but because he knows what an important thing ac is to us, he wasted no time in helping us. THANK YOU Cesar! I’m so grateful!
We had our AC fail in late July. Cesar answered my call and was able to come out the next day. He helped troubleshoot the problem and found a solution. Due to a faulty part installed by a previous company we had to call them back out to replace it. Then Cesar came back out to recharge the system and it is working great now. Very responsive and reasonably priced.
AC stopped working. Called someone named Joe from another popular highly rated AC company. He totally misdiagnosed the issue and told me that a replacement would be $6,500, but that he would give me a break if I paid cash! Frantic, I lucked out and reached Cesar at Rico's who actually answered the phone. Made appointment next day, diagnosed the problem and it was nothing like the other guy said. He replaced the Contactor and we're back in business for a fraction of the cost of replacement! I can't thank Cesar enough for his effort, diligence, and knowledge on helping me! I will always refer anyone to Rico's as long as Cesar is there! Now I'm going to write a bad review for the other company which I wish I could identify here because I'd like to warn others not to use them.
Very good quality, prices, and services
Rico's is very prompt and professional. I find all repairs reasonably priced. I use them for my residence as well as my mom's rentals. I would highly recommended their service.
