Today at the 49 er travel plaza we had a stand up freezer go down and rich the technician came in he was fast efficient and had a great smile. You'd be lucky to end up with this technician! We have used them for stand up freezer's walk in warmers and everything was done in In a timely matter all their technicians have been great thank you pacific mechanical

Absolutely horrible experience. Technicians do not show up and there is no follow up. This company will leave you high and dry.

I setup service at my business and two days after the dispatcher calls me to tells me they have nobody coming to the store today and that nobody is going to come. She told me my that my option was to wait 3 more days or call somebody else. Not a good experience.
Owner of two small restaurants: Tablevine and Pearl on the River. I appreciate the professionalism and friendly, knowledgeable service I have always gotten from PMS. I just like that they get the job done quickly so that I can get back to my job of running a restaurant. Also, they give great advice to help with long term maintenance and breakdown prevention.
