Customer service was excellent
Great HVAC company to work with. I called them because the last company did not do the work correctly. Luna air has skilled professional and amazing quality workers. They were super fast with scheduling and very responsive to any and all question. The tech at my house was very polite to my wife baby and even my dogs. I would highly recommed them to anyone with any type of HVAC issues or service. All this and the price was very good with all the work and time they put into my system. Deffinetly will be the first and last company i will call for HVAC
Luna Air is a company to make sure that you are happy and cool. Luna Air has excellent customer service, professional, honest, knowledgeable, responsive and wonderful pricing. Luis/John kept me informed the entire time of what was happening from beginning to end. Luis was able to get us working with our A/C. Thank you, Luna Air!!! You guys are amazing!!
John & Jason were very professional, pleasant & knowledgeable. Great price for their work. My favorite was they cleaned up & left the area cleaner then when they started. I contacted them late Sunday afternoon & they were out Monday morning. Perfect timing before the next heat wave. I would recommend Luna Air to all my friends. I posted in Facebook of what a wonderful blessing they were to me today June 8, 2020.

What an honest company. I had another company come and check out my grandparents ac unit. before they even had their tools out they were trying to sell us a new unit. John came out and fixed it in less then 20 min. I am now a life long customer. heres another edit i called john again he came out right away and in the rain changed out a control board in the system on the roof and now we have heat again yay
Luna Air is always amazing!! So prompt and so helpful! Never so we worry! Our family and friends also have them! We are so lucky! They have done full installations to general mtce and system checks! THANK YOU LUNA AIR!!
Awesome experience. Every time I called Carmen was quick to answer every question I had and when John showed up he was very respectful and professional. Best experience I’ve ever had. They are very loving and caring. I give them a 10/10.

I GOT LUNAFIED!! :-) HONEST, KNOWLEDGEABLE and TRUSTWORTHY are just a few words that describe Luna's Heating and Air!! John Luna and his team are truly phenomenal and exceeded all of my expectations!! When John came to my home to provide me with an estimate on a split AC/heating system, never once did he attempt to upsell me on a product I didn't need nor did he pressure me into making a decision right away. He actually encouraged me to obtain additional estimates. He took the time to explain everything very thoroughly and patiently answered all of my questions. I seriously thought "ohhh this guy is too good to be true." But I have to say John is the real deal!! Knowledgeable, excellent communication, over the top customer service and yes, an AC/heating system I couldn't be happier with!! John and his crew arrived on installation day and couldn't have been anymore courteous, professional, respectful and went straight to work. The first time I used my new AC system I literally said, "OH NO" because it turned off after a few minutes but when I ran to the thermostat I quickly realized nothing was wrong, the system was just that efficient...just like John and his hard working team!! So call Luna's Heating and Air and get LUNAFIED like I did, you will NOT be disappointed!! :-)

John and his team were great, super friendly and very professional. They're very confident in their work and did a superb job replacing my HVAC system. John and his team's skills are high level and they were able to complete the work in a single day. My A/C is working great and it feels good to be cold on a hot summer day. I can't recommend Luna Air enough.

We have nothing but AMAZING things to say about John and his partner at Luna Air. Not only was he able to assist us with our AC in a quick and efficient manner, he was honest and gave us the exact details of what needed to be done for our home. John was able to answer all of our questions and showed up earlier than expected which was a huge plus during this 100+ degree weather! We HIGHLY recommend this company for all your AC needs! I called John on a Wednesday that my AC has a leak and he was able to fit me in his schedule later in the evening. My husband was home and he explained some options, provided quotes, and informed my husband we needed a permit because we were planning to purchase and upgrade the AC/furnace size (he was the only AC Company that informed us of this). When I got home, John explained the same stuff to me. I had a few questions for John and he answered thoroughly. He was professional and very HONEST, so we decided to hire John. The early next morning, his lead tech Jason arrived with a portable AC because John was very concerned that I told him my fiddle tree leaves were falling off and Jason knew what to do. The trick worked and my plant is alive again. John arrived to do a walk through and we were scheduled for Saturday for the installation. Later on that day, John called to see if it was ok to prep on Friday and install on Saturday, which was fine. They arrived on Friday to prep the work and John somehow was able to manage to get the delivery on Friday so they installed the ac and furnace the same day. When they were finished, John explained that he looked at the ducting to all the rooms and fixed/changed them out. He upgraded the vent and thermostat! He explained about the diagnostic testing and the permit again. My AC unit is so quiet I can’t even tell it’s on, and we are enjoying the cold air. Thank you John and Jason for everything and John for keeping in communication throughout the whole process! They went above and beyond our expectations, and we will highly recommend him to all our family, friends, and neighbors!
