Love and Care Heating and Air was terrific! From the initial inspection and estimate for replacement, through the installation they were professional, on time, patient with questions, excellent at solving installation challenges and great with following up to insure we were satisfied. We got a new package Heating/ AC unit and a whole house fan installed. The installers, Mike and Jason, were always on time, worked together to tackle issues, respected our home with a neat and clean work environment and kept us up to date with everything that was happening. We couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience and highly recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC installation or repair.
We're extremely impressed with Love and Care Heating and Air. The owner Chris and his two technicians (Zak and Derek) were very friendly, professional, prompt, polite, and very knowledgeable on what they do. Chris came to diagnosed the problem and his two awesome technicians came with the parts needed to fix our AC. I’d strongly recommend them to anyone .There are so many HVAC companies out there, but please save yourself some despair and pick Love and Care for any of your HVAC problems. Their company name says it all. Thank you Love and Care! My family appreciates your service!
Love and Care Heating and Air provided professional service from start to finish. From sales with Chase, scheduling with Nina, and the hard-working installers: Noah, Alex, Mike, Jason, and Daniel who were not only skilled but polite and respectful of our property. Even the owner, Chris, helped out and even evaluated our upstairs unit which, although not on the recall list, showed evidence of potential fire and water damage. He turned off the gas since we don't use it. They also installed a large whole house fan which was so much quieter than the previous one. Highly recommended and a very impressive company.

Love and Care was able to come out and do a gas to electric conversion at a reasonable price and in a reasonable time. Marc Shaw was very helpful, even coming back on a saturday to relight my pilot light. All of the installers were friendly.
Had a split unit installed last week. From the estimate to having a nice cold house today was a great experience. They told me about existing problems I wouldn't have found til they got too costly. Tom listened to our needs and wants and designed a system that matched them. The installers were respectful, clean and efficient. They were the best contractors I've ever had at my house
Love and Care excelled our expectations! They under-bid the competitors, gave discounts on many items and I got free insulation blown in on a promotion! Their crew was extremely professional, prompt, excellent craftsmanship, polite and left the house clean and tidy. I’d strongly recommend them. There’s a lot out of companies out there, save yourself heart ache and choose Love and Care. Their name says it all!
Once again Love and Care had saved the day!! Our hot water heater went out and they were here to fix it at a moments notice. Now I have hot water again and can shower. Thank you Love and Care!!
Love and Care Heating were professional from start to finish. Alex, Noah and Jason answered all my questions. All of them entered the home with their shoes covered and cleaned up and vacuumed their trails. Chris the owner also very helpful and explained the process of how the system works and responsive. When my mother's 20 year old system needed to be replaced during the hottest time of Summer in July, Love & Care was very responsive. We were able to get scheduled for an estimate quickly and install was quick as well. Chase, Marshal and Lucas were very professional and thorough. We haven't had any issues with the heating or a/c after installation. And we were so pleased with the experience that she also chose Love & Care to replace her water heater as well. When the time comes to update the ducting...we know who to call! Thanks Love & Care!
It's like having a used car salesman in your dining room trying to sell you an HVAC system. Crazy high markups on units and didn't have access to the most highly efficient variable stage systems. Quoted 19.5k before rebates when most other highly rated contractors were around 14-15k for systems that were more efficient. Instead of simply giving me their best price, just kept begging to see the quotes from the other companies. To boot, just randomly received an email from them today with a copy of a signed contract and personally identifiable information for one of their customers. Wouldn't trust them with your HVAC or your personal data, look elsewhere. Ecology Air and Absolute Comfort Heating and Air were the most honest contractors I talked to, very upfront and straightforward. Not salesman. I'd start with those two if you are looking for HVAC contractors.
FAU went on the blink with the latest rounds of brown outs Friday 2/24/23. Called to have them look it over, came out same day. bad control board and transformer. Colton returned Monday AM 2/27/23 to replace the burned out parts and made sure it was operating properly. He was very attentive to the issue and answered all my questions. He has many years of experience. Asked a special request of the company to use Pay-pal and they set up an account so I could pay them using my account, to save on interest charges. Thank you for going that extra mile.
They did a fantastic job with out Heating and Air System. My dad owned and HVAC company when I was a child .
Wonderful experience with Love and Care, they are everything you could ask for in a great HVAC Company. on time, they communicate very well, nice people, hard working, fast yet efficient!! Would recommend to anyone and everyone! Big shout out to Chase Campbell for being on top of everything so I didn't have to!
Great little company with lots of experienced staff and a strong and personable leader in Christopher S. I dealt with Christopher, Beau, Jose and Marshal, and each one of these gentlemen treated me with the utmost respect and kindness. I purchased a heating and air conditioning package as well as an additional return. The installers were here right on time. They were so professional and explained exactly what they were going to do throughout the process. I had lots of questions and the installers had all the answers. I was so impressed with the depth of their knowledge and their ability to explain in layman's terms what was going on in their process of installing such a system. I would also like to add that the crane arrived right on time. All debris was neatly stacked and then picked up in the afternoon while the installers were still on the premises. This experience was the BEST I have ever had with a service provider. I highly recommend this company to anyone who cares about their home and themselves! It's November 2022 and after two years & four months my new thermostat decided to go a little cockeyed. Nick E. came out and deduced a problem with the thermostat and within 24 hrs. had the new thermostat installed and running like a champ! What more can I say except these folks are the absolute best at what they do and truly the nicest staff all around. My pleasure working with them this Fall. Thanks, Sandi D.
