The technician that came to service our home was polite and did a good job, but the cost of simple repairs is outrageous. I was charged $710 for a simple toilet reseat with wax ring and flange spacer install. The parts cost roughly $20 and the install took 1.5 hours. Basically I paid $450 an hour for this job? On top of this, my invoice didn’t itemize any of the charges. I won’t be calling Lee’s again.
Highly recommend Lee's Sacramento! Jen in the office, Brad, John and Austin onsite were all very professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with. We had a new Trane heat-pump HVAC system installed last Fall and some new duct work done to replace our 30 year-old unit. The price was fair, they did the SMUD rebate paperwork, and now I am saving money on my bills. Overall, I'm very happy with Lee's and will be using them again for any plumbing, etc.
Ian was very informative, professional and pleasant. He answered all our questions and gave us more insight to our big decision than prior company representatives. Scheduling was quick and the price and value.the best of other companies we checked. We had one issue on day of install they delayed out date, but it was resolved to our satisfaction.
Ian M. was fantastic at walking me through needs for my home - not pushy at all. He explained in understandable terms what was wrong with my unit and what needed to be fixed. Walked me throughly through all options, pricing, and even explained different finance packages available. Highly recommended for your Maricopa County home.
Very Helpful! From the first contact to meeting with representative, Frank, the customer service is unmatched. He was very knowledgeable and able to explain everything, provided amazing insight to the packages/options available, took time to answer all the questions that I had. Raul was extremely professional and courteous. He showed up promptly and explained everything he was going to do. Finished the job quickly and showed me the part that was wearing out. Would definitely use Raul again!!!

Plumber got the job done. Seemed a bit unsure if what he was doing. Don’t like the ipad photos of everything he did. Why? Prices were what I would consider outrageous. I could have bought the equipment and did it myself. And still had money left over. Sadly Berbs was a great company amd since Lees bought Verns I thought I’d give them a try. I won’t be using them unless all plumbers are gouging customers.
Eric and Luis came to diagnose our heater which is on the fritz. They were friendly, professional, and explained everything so I could understand.
Great business to work with. Quick to respond and even quicker to repair. Jarred was very friendly and explained all work to be done. Extremely neat and tidy. You’d never know they were there. Extremely professional!! Highly recommend.
Ernesto arrived and put on booties before going in the house, he was attentive and patient while listening to the issue we were experiencing. After inspecting the shower and faucet he explained the choices we had and he got busy to work. He was very professional and personable that even my mom, who is very shy, exchanged a few words with him. Great customer service- thank you.
Eric took the time to fix our heat pump. He was professional, courteous and genuinely concerned. Plus he came earlier than scheduled!
My technicians name was Dustin, he was prompt, courteous, and informative! I appreciated that Dustin was empathetic with my situation and insured me he would do all he could to find a resolution! Dustin was friendly and made me feel at ease! I will definitely all Lees again in the future and I will ask for DUSTIN!
Heat wasn't working and it has been cold. Gave me options and moved fast to get repairs done.

Aaron Anguiano of Fresno, Ca came out to service my A/C unit. Heater was not working and he replaced the heating valve and got it back in working order. Very professional and fast. Thank you!
