The owner haven't given me the inspection report yet which was made on the on the 5th of April 2022 on my HVAC unit. Whenever I call the owner he gets very aggressive and says he is very busy and hang up the phone. I highly not recommend this company..some one should revoke there licenses.
Came out quickly, but charged a service fee of $100, which is fine but I wish they had mentioned it when I called. Said they could fix it for 3k but that it probably wouldn't work and said the entire thing would need to be replaced and would cost about 14k. I requested a written estimate and was promised it by the next day. I was never given a written estimate and it's a week later. The owner called me today and when I answered he hung up on me. As far as I'm concerned this business just wants to make money off service calls and not actually fix anything
I will start by highly recommending Kingdom air conditioning and heating, they are by far the best home repair business I’ve ever dealt with! I was out of town in the middle of August when my wife called to let us know during the heat wave or AC stopped working. At 8 PM on a Friday I called five places that said they had 24 hour service. Kingdom AC was not only the first to respond and also had the quickest appointment availability, but I could also tell from talking to the owner Danny we were in good hands. We had an appointment on Monday between 9 and 11 AM and the doorbell rings at 9 AM. Eddie was our AC tech, a great guy who has been installing since 1999 so really knows his trade. Within a short time we have options in front of us and schedule to have the unit installed Thursday. Everyone we worked with did a fantastic job and made arranging a crane to lift the unit on the roof easy. It was finished faster than expected, even with some repairs needed to our shingles that they were willing to take care of. So to review...most personable of five companies during a heatwave, on or ahead of schedule at every point, great value, and highly skilled staff. What more could you ask for? Called them on a quick question, the guy that answered wanted to correct my wording and just hung up. After i responded . Bad customer service!!!!
Wow, so thankful! Just called with a question and Danny spent 15 minutes with me explaining. I appreciate his time and expertise. Definitely will use them for any future work we may need.
My heater wasn’t working. I was charged $300.00 and told it was my switches that needed to be repaired. Because of our weather, I didn’t try my heater for a few days. Come to find out, it still didn’t work. When I called Kingdom Heating & Air back, instead of being cordial and understanding, he was defensive and argumentative trying to justice the work. I just wanted a solution that wasn’t going to cost me another $300.00. I decided to go with Reza heat and air. He is an honest company that teaches our students at community colleges. Turns out it was just a filter needing to be replaced. Do not go with this company. They take advantage and over charge plus have poor customer service.
This summer was super hot but I am so thankful for Danny and Kingdom Heating and Air! They fixed my air conditioner in my tiny apartment. It was so humid before and not it’s cool air with a gentle breeze. I can sleep comfortably now. Highly recommend.
Man these guys saved me from Sacramento 104 weather when my ac broke. They installed and left no mess for me to clean 👍 They installed super quick and did a professional job and now I live in a ice box with the New ac
Great company, I would recommend for those looking to fix their heater or air conditioner at their house. Called Kingdom and was greeted by the owner Danny. He knows his ac units inside and out when I asked him about parts. I have a rental in Sacramento so having his guys come by while I was in town was so convenient.
I just called and the gentleman I spoke with was so kind and helpful . Fingers crossed he can get here before Monday :).
Service and responsiveness was top notch. They provided a fair quote and had my heat up and running quickly. Highly recommend for anyone in the Sacramento area.
I used to live in Sacramento and my heater broke right before i was going to move out. I needed to get my heater fixed before i could sell my house. I called the Kingdom heating and air and they did an amazing job. I recommend anyone in the Sacramento, CA area to use the Kingdom
This June had been the hottest summer yet in Sacramento and with my luck my heater broke. Looked them up on google and called them up. Danny was a great guy and come to my house to give a quote on my Ac with a reasonable price. Definitely knew what he was talking about because my ac is working and my house is cool now, thank goodness because it was so hot. I will recommend this company to anyone.
I was referred by my sister to check this site out. My ac was leaking and summer was around the corner. Luckily, it has been hot these pass few weeks, but I still needed to get the ac fixed ASAP. Great Service! Ill be sure to refer more of my friends of this company! :)
I recommend Kingdom Heating and Air, Inc. to anyone. My ac was making a weird noise for the longest time and the air was all musty in my house. I needed a professional ASAP. Some friends told me about his company and I decided to call and get a quote. I left a message and they got to me right away to come to my house to take a look. Very professional came in and knew what they were talking about. Gave me a good price and in a few days my air conditioning system was up and running again and my house didn't smell like musty old cheese.
I lived in Downtown Sacramento and my AC was broken! I called Kingdom and explain my concerns how I wanted them to fix my AC right away because it was getting hot. I couldn't be happier because they came the next two days and fix it! They were really nice and very professional. If you need yout AC fix ASAP then call Kingdom Heating and Air!
Called to get an estimate for an air conditioning repair service and some friends recommended me Kingdom. Talked to the owner Danny and he was able to come the next day to check out my system. He was able to fix the rattling noise coming from my a.c. air flow is now good and I am a happy man. Recommend to those with homes or apartments in Sacramento, .ca.
My experience with Kingdom Heating & Air was great. I had a broken air conditioner so I called scheduled a meeting with a HVAC contractor, they came a little late but when they came they were great. They installed a brand new one, it was good quality, price, and very professional.
My A/C unit went out, Kingdom HVAC came in and saved the day in no time! Great service!
