Kevin was our service rep. He was able to walk us through our entire system, identify all the issues and was able to set us up with a great system. Out of the 3 companies we had come out to look at our HVAC system, Kevin was by far the most thorough.
Michael is the best! He is so knowledgeable and is super thorough. We actually request him whenever we have an AC issue. He is highly recommended! 5 ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

As soon as Joseph heard the motor he went to work. He tighted the screws, especially the one closest to the window. He recorded the noise before and after he tightened the screws. Also, put styrofoam tape in the areas where the metal sides meet for preventive. Great job! Thank you!

I have used Huft for a number of projects at my home and I am so pleased with them. Their technicians are always professional, competent, and friendly and they are very responsive to their client’s needs. Technician, Jose, was a great example of what customers should expect from professionals. Thorough in explanations, no rush to avoid heat or attics, and didn’t try to hide anything or attempt to sell a flux capacitor ;) Made recommended options, but allowed me to make decisions. Showed video and photos of problem. Why aren’t all companies doing this? Most importantly, fixed issue and gave possible options for future maintenance or upgrade. Recommend.
Isaiah was our tech today and came to perform our initial HVAC inspection on a home we just moved into. Knowing already that there are a few issues, Isaiah was able to confirm our suspicions and actually resolve issues on this first visit which with help cool or home better now as well as allow our system to not work as hard. He also made great recommendations as to moving forward, servicing and replacing aging components. And although our system is 16 years old the recommendations he provided are such that we can afford to make sure that our system is able to do what it's supposed to do for a good while longer while also providing a path for easier replacement when necessary.
Joseph was very professional and knowledgeable over our AC situation. Explained everything he was doing as well as the break down of the repairs and costs.
Jet was one of the most helpful service techs I have ever worked with. Not only did he fix my unit so we would have A/C during one of the hottest weekends in Sac, but I am having him back to give me an estimate on a new unit. 10/10.

Isaiah was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and on time. He found and fixed our AC problem very quickly and explained other issues with our system for future care. This was our first experience with Huft and because Isaiah did such a good job we decided to sign up for the annual service plan.

Very professional and helpful! Every time they have come down I get a nice detailed breakdown of what will be done and a list sent to my email of all the details on the before and after. Huft is that type of company that you would have a real tough time thinking of how they could possibly improve, they're that good. Highly recommend.
