Misraddin was incredibly responsive and professional. I called late afternoon on a Monday and he was there on Tuesday morning. He explained what was wrong, we talked through options, and he speedily replaced the broken fan motor and several other issues. His prices are very fair and I will definitely be using HECO again!

Misraddin came to maintenance our A/C last minute on a holiday weekend. He was very helpful diagnosing our systems issue and punctual - at our house within an hour of calling him . He was very knowledgeable about our older A/C unit and went above and beyond informing us about the most efficient ways to run our cooling system. We really appreciate his great customer service!
Our AC unit decided to stop blowing cold air through the vents. It was 105 degrees outside and inside it felt just as bad. We suffered a day with no AC. I googled some company’s that night and texted them. But I couldn’t get anyone to come over the next day. So I found Heco and saw that they had coupons and called as soon as I woke up in the morning. Misreading was able to come in the morning and change out our capacitor because it was rusted and not working. I would use them again if needed. I would definitely recommend this company to others. Misraddin was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to come out on a Sunday to help repair our ac in this hot weather. He responded quick and kept me updated with his eta status. The price was reasonable and definitely cheaper than other AC Repair company I’ve called out to before. Def will be calling Misraddin if we ever need any ac repairment in the future!
It’s 100 degrees and a Sunday in Sacramento. I called 8 other places to be told it would be 1-3 days before they could get someone out to me. This guy was out here within the hour, got the job done even faster, and was super nice!!! I’m so thankful Misraddin on this super hot day!! Thanks again!!

Wow! Misraddin was here within 30 minutes. Lucky us on this 99 degree Friday at 5pm. Our A/C unit unexpectedly stopped blowing cold air. He remedied the issue quickly with a new capacitor and recommended another part to extend the life of the new capacitor since we lose one about every 4-5 years. Miracle worker as far we're concerned on this hot Friday afternoon!
Misraddin was very professional and responded faster than the estimated fifteen minute window. Our A/C unit unexpectedly stopped and he diagnosed, as well as remedied, the issue quickly. Our family is very thankful for his help on such short notice as well as his haste on a hot Sunday afternoon.

No heat was coming out from furnace over a day. Contacted Heco Heating. Misraddin answered was very professional....He came out within few hours of the call. Other companies said 1-2 days to schedule. New parts were required but he was able to get them quickly and installed it within 2 hours. Fast and very knowledgeable. Excellent customer service and straight forward in pricing. Would recommend using him again!! Thanks to Heco Heating I'll sleep better tonight!
My furnace was failing on Sunday morning. I called Heco at 9:26 am, had an appointment at 9:28 am (10:30 - 11:30 am window), and Misraddin was hat my home at 10:58 am. He diagnosed the problem, explained the options, and had my house heating up again in less than 30 minutes. He then provided me quotes on new equipment. Total cost was $59. Fast service and good communication.
