great professional work with reasonable rates. I had the central air fixed in my condo and repairs needed to be done for the condensation from the central air to drain properly. I had someone come out who fixed it but started experiencing the same issue again. I called and they had a repair guy come back out the same day and fixed it. So for any heating and cooling service I would go back to them again.
Clayton did a thorough inspection of the plumbing in my house. I had a leak and he was able to diagnose the leak and gave me an estimate of how much it would cost to repair the problem. Professional and answered all my questions.
I love this company. They offer 24-7 customer response team and arranged the fastest appointment for us! (Other companies are not even answering to their phones) The engineer, Alejandro arrived right away, just on time! He is professional and kind. He found the root cause quick and clear. In our case, the outdoor unit was too old and the capacitor and fan motor should be replaced. Luckily he figured out the complication so quick, he had all the replacement unit with him. He saved me, my husband and our cats from 89 degrees of heats! Alejandro is true life savior! I totally recommend this company, thanks to Alejandro! No more sleeping in the basement! Thank you so much!

This company exceeded my expectations. Denis was the last of 3 technicians send my way to repair and dilemma none of the others were able to. He was courteous and professional his level of experience is superior and excelent. Like he said, he took care of my situation as of he was taking care of his mother's house, that speaks of him I my opinion. My heater unit was heating at all with this cold weather and he didn't leave till he figured out the dilemma & made sure else was checked and assured me it was up and running well. I highly recommend this company specifically Santiago! 🙂
Harold and Tomas came the same morning I scheduled the electrical work. wonderful experience overall. They worked explained and will be returning to install equipment I purchased. We now consider them to be our only electrical service provider.
We were having problems with our furnace and I contacted this morning and they had a repairman out to my building within a few hours. They called to let me know when the technician was on their way, and sent a text with a picture of the technician so I knew who would be arriving at my door. The technician Ruben who came was and professional and was able to identify the problem. It was an overall great experience for a not so pleasant issue of having a freezing house on a cold day.
I had a awesome experience with the upkeep call today for our new house. The gentleman were kind, professional and helpful. Our new home has an older unit that will need replaced in a few years, so they focused on preventative upkeep to ensure the longest life for our unit while we save for a new one. I’ve been a platinum member for years and it has been a lifesaver!
kind, professional, skilled evaluator arrived to our building and inspected for ways we could improve the structure to save on heating and cooling costs. Always requested before doing anything (moving something, looking inside things, etc) and patiently took the time to explain his thought process and solution all our questions. We received a detailed report when he was done. And of this was free! Even more, he notified us of programs that would help us pay for improvements to our home. Such a wonderful service. Would recommend.
Xavier and Latoya did a phenomenal job. They were efficient and considerate of how I might want things done. Even the small details were attended to. THANK to these guys for the relief from the heat.
I contacted Omar at SWAT yesterday late morning and he had a repairman scheduled for early afternoon. The Technician arrived on time and diagnosed and fixed the issue. It was a minor wiring issue. They were honest and did not try to take advantage of the situation, which is unfortunately rare anymore. I will definitely call Omar @ SWAT in the future.
