Doug just left our house after a system tune up appointment. We cannot say enough good things about him. He was extremely kind, professional and thorough. We would recommend him 1000%!
Discover the Garick Difference My family first discovered Garick in the 70s - about a year after they started They are named after their founders, Gary and Rick. We have stayed with them all these years because of their honesty and competence. All of their business comes from old customers or referrals - they do not advertise. My existing heat pump was 32 years old. it went out a few weeks ago, and rather than try to sell me a new one Curtis said "I fixed it so it will run anywhere from another month to five years but then you're going to need another one." Whatever it needed to be fixed right either part wasn't available or it was not fixable but he was able to patch it. He did not simply say as just about any other company would've said that "there's nothing I can do - you need a new system". He had come out a few years before for my upstairs unit - whatever that does - outside the compressor and it needed a circuit board. He said "I can order the factory one but I can get this generic one that is 30% of the cost". They've always looked after their customers and their customers remember. Companies that will come out to your house or business and just try to sell you a new system are a dime a dozen. Garick is the exception.
Came in a performed a AC maintenance check. Everthing checked out and tested well. Very thorough and provided me with an estimate of expected unit's remaining use expectancy. Have used Garick for years and will continue to do so.
An air conditioning unit was not working in one of the room and board owned by Larry Thomas shimmering lights so I called and created an account for Larry send a technician to the house who then fixed the air-conditioner. It is now nice and cool in the house where is before it was quite warm and comfortable. Apparently they did a great job and did just what I asked of them in an email.
Garrick's team replaced our original HVAC system and then a few years later expanded that system during a remodel. They were professional and installed the systems on time, which is near impossible to find in today's contractor world. I was especially thankful how gently they treated our craftsman home in cutting new duct work into coved, plaster ceiling.
Garick has replaced both of our home’s heating and A/C systems this year (heroically rushing to do one job when our A/C went out in the middle of the 112 degree heat and fire smoke last August). They are professional, thorough, respectful, and kept out home super clean throughout the days of work. They offered us good options and helped us make an informed decision about the best solutions for our particular needs and budget. Our home has never been more comfortable!
They were extremely fast and friendly. While my repair required several visits to my property, they were able to completely fix the issue but helped identify and prevent a gas leak that could have become a larger issue. I was fortunate to have Curtis and Doug, but I know whoever they send will be excellent.
Quick and efficient. We needed a capacitor and he showed me all that he did and why. He wore a mask and practiced social distancing. I believe that his name was Doug.

I have used Garick Air conditioner Service to install complete heating and air condition systems on 3 high end properties. The first project was 10 years ago and included removal of asbestos material and installation of a dual HVAC system required by the layout and size of the home. Wow. Not only was the job done on time, guaranteed within budget, and worry free for me, the system is beautiful to look at. A real professional job, top to bottom. I used Garick on 2 other residential properties since then, the most recent completed in May 2019. As always, a beautiful job, on budget, worry free and on time. I won't use anyone else.

I have never experienced such amazing customer service in my life. They were very quick and attentive to all of my needs. My Air conditioner went out in the middle of a heat wave and did not know what to do. They were able to come out and give me a quote and install a new unit like nothing had ever happened. Thank you Gary and your team for everything.
They came over on same day requested. Very professional and knowledgeable. Had my problem fixed very quickly and I'd highly recommend them.
I can't believe the low rating on google. They came out a day after we called for AC service in 100+ degree weather and fixed our problem in less than an hour at a super great price. What more can you want?
The customer service is horrible! The manager Sherrie is extremely rude and unprofessional.
Terrible customer service and work. Came by for warranty work, said everything was fine when the heater wasn't working. Called and made another appointment and they no showed me. Called to make another appointment and heard that "the person who schedules appointments isn't in the office and none of us know how the scheduling system works so not only can we tell you why they no showed you, we cant tell you when we'll be out again." Left a message for the woman who schedules and emailed the owner directly, neither responded. Terrible service. Wish I could give less than one star.
