The technician that came out was absolutely fabulous. However, the business called the wrong number twice, and they have come out three different times for errors on their part to fix our brand new unit.

I called on the first hottest Saturday of the year (108 degrees!) and received an appointment for the same day. Ryan, Senior Tech, arrived during the timeframe promised and quickly got to work to diagnose the issue. He provided a comprehensive explanation and made repairs. Ryan presented us with 3 options to consider going forward. I would definitely recommend Gallagher's Heat and Air.

My partner and I had been asking around for weeks getting quotes for a small AC system from a bunch of the mainstream companies. Every person that came out felt very fake and it felt like they were trying to sell us an overpriced system that was more than what we needed for our small house. From the second we spoke to the technician from Gallagher's, he was extremely personable and helped us navigate the entire experience with little stress or worry. Everything was transparent and there was no hidden costs or fees. I was extremely impressed with the level of service and down to earth personality that everyone at Gallagher's had. They cleaned up after themselves and did an extremely good job putting in the system and mounting it to the walls. We are overjoyed with our new AC system and thanks to Gallagher's we will be staying cool this summer. I fully trust this company and highly recommend them to anyone looking for heating and air. We had Sean Morgan in our home today checking out our HVAC. Before he arrived we were frustrated and beyond annoyed by the whole process and HOT. My kids are running around shirtless because they’re to hot. My dog is barking her heart out at this man as he’s working outside in the heat. Not to mention he couldn’t even get here till 3:30 because of our work schedules. With all of that going on, he ensured we had all of our issues explained, several options provided to help find solutions, and provided the knowledge to me and my husband that we’ve been asking for for years! I would have to say Sean Morgan is one of the best HVAC Technicians I have ever had the opportunity to speak to. Thank you Sean for working and staying late from your family to help mine and We appreciate you doing that for us. we look forward to seeing you next week. We’re at 76 degrees!
Just had Sean Morgan from Gallagher's out... man did I learn a thing or two. The level of professionalism and knowledge base from Sean was amazing. Willing to answer any and all questions while performing an extremely thorough service. I wish all technicians could share the passion for performing their craft with the same level of skill. After seeing the care he took I don't know how you could want anyone else out here working on your HVAC.
Sean Morgan was a great technician, he was helpful, knowledgeable, we really enjoyed him educating us on or heating and air conditioning and air quality he is a very nice person.
The main thing of their service was they care about elderly people they give you a good vibe more important they are professional. They don’t take advantage and sell you something you don’t need this. Saved us a lot of money, especially when they know we are sick. That’s how everyone should be with care the gentleman who fixed our AC was one of the kind people professional courteous were hundred percent satisfied with their work and his work-and we recommend this company to all people …

I have been with Gallagher for many years and do participate in the monthly service club. After 18 years my heater was becoming a problem and I went with new AC and heater units. The two installers, Dominic and James were outstanding. I gave them run of the house and restroom and these two gentleman were polite and professional. These guys are welcome in my home anytime. I often wonder if a company like Gallager knows what great employees they have. Finally, the service man who put the final touches on my new new unit, Jake was another ourstanding gentleman. Jake was thorough in his job, pointing out several items to help me prolong my new units life span. Thanks to Gallagers and their great employees.
