Super responsive and reasonable prices!!
Very professional and speedy to book an appointment the next day. They helped me when I was in a bind with my commercial refrigerator for my business. Fair pricing. Would recommend them to anyone!
The woman over the phone didn't understand what a heat pump was and asked me to text the question which was simply trying to schedule an estimate for a heat pump system. They charge $90 to "diagnose" our old unit what is completely irrelevant. I called and spoke with a gentleman prior that sounded knowledgeable and said they do a free estimate. I'm still moving in so I was unable to schedule the estimate initially. I was hung up on after questioning the "diagnostic fee" when there is nothing to diagnose.
Ivan came out to fix our refrigerator-called to come earlier than original Appointment. Very professional, friendly, and fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes! Very reasonably priced. They are saved in my contacts and I will be using them for all future appliance repairs. Thank you Ivan!!

We called them out for a refrigerator problem. They worked with our home warranty, they were so efficient and didn't over charge at all. The person that came out was super friendly, we had a bit of a language barrier, that was easily resolved with our phones. He was wonderful to work with and super professional. We had another issue come up within 30 days of their last visit and they got us in super quick and fixed it within a day. Highly recommend and will definitely call then again for our other appliances.

Great experience with Ivan, on time and responsive when I called him to some ac/vent /air flow problem . Easy to talk to and absolute great knowledge about AC/ HEATER sistem, highly recomend.
Very professional , honest, and reasonable prices
A/C went out. Called one of the "big name" companies. Not only was there diagnostic fee heavy, the price they quoted was ridiculous. Called Ivan. He came out that day. Gave same diagnosis, and quoted a price more than half the "big name" company. He came out the very next day, repaired the system, ensured it worked. and recommended some maintenance which I will schedule soon. Professional, clean, quick, knowledgeable and prices are difficult to beat. I found my A/C guy for my other rentals.
If you want someone who knows what he's doing, professional, and ethical, Ivan is the guy for you. Fixed our a/c with no problem and is very fair with pricing.

A/C went out. Ivan, came out and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. A/C capacitor went out, Ivan was able to replace this part and A/C was working by the end of the day. Very honest and professional, no time wasted. Highly recommended.
