Everyone there from techs to office staff is courteous and responsive. They do great work.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with many technicians from this company. I have had a solid, timely, and knowledgeable performance every single time. We have a ton of HVAC used in controls for critical environments. 10/10 would recommend, even over the manufacturers of the units, unless necessary for proprietary circumstances. I plan to use COAC for all HVAC and where possible environmental control diagnostics.
I have been working with one of Cooper Oates vendors for 10+ years and they have a fantastic team! Professional, communicative, friendly and prompt. I would highly recommend them from a business relationship perspective and would absolutely use their services as a customer if the need were to arise.
