I had BHES install a new central AC system at my property. I liked that they were understanding of my budget and clearly outlined what the job will consist of. They were polite, on time, and also finished the job faster than I expected. The owner was also very open to all my questions and provided suggestions for my project. I strongly recommend this company for an AC installation.

There are just not enough stars to give to Bright Home Energy Services. Such dynamic organization and professionalism. Kyle and his team provided an amazing experience and service every step of the way. From the initial requested quotes, to scheduling and installing, this company has been very accommodating. The communication is very smooth and you are updated real time. The install was scheduled within a week from decision. Shout out to the install team for being not only highly knowledgeable/experienced but extra courteous and polite while working in my house. I now have a perfectly working AC (and heater for winter) for these crazy heat waves to come. Highly, highly recommend!!!! Thank you so much Bright Home Energy Services!

Kyle and his team were prompt, professional, and quick on the job. They installed the AC/Heater unit package in record time. Kyle was constantly communicating with us and keeping us informed during the entire process. They did a really great job and went above and beyond fixing things around the house while installing the new package unit. The billing process was also quite easy to manage. I would happily recommend their service.

My unit installed last year had problems blowing cool air out during the beginning of summer. It always happened during the late afternoon when no technician was on call. They said they had to be here when it wasn’t working to figure it out so they never figured out the problem. Finally the system corrected itself and ran great the entire hot season. This year the first time I went to use it, it blew out warm air. I tried it 3 more times within 2 days. It still blew out warm air. I called Carlos and he said they hired a new technician that could figure out why this happens. Two technicians came out today, (it is 55 degrees out) and again they can’t figure out what the problem is. They told me to schedule a 5 pm appointment May 12 because it would be 88 degrees. They said for me to call for an appointment and they would also tell the office. I called the office to make the appointments and the system analysis person was rude. He said the techs said the system worked fine. They didn’t tell him about any May 12 appointment. He was unable to listen to the history of my units summer function capabilities nor what transpired with the thermostat. He cut me off saying, “this is how it is going to be”. Then he gave me to the scheduler to finish talking to. He was done trying to figure out why his unit had this problem. The scheduler was apologetic and said he wanted to help me. We decided on a plan that worked for both of us. It is too bad that upper management doesn’t want to fix their units problem. They got they sale, so they were done.

Bright Home deserves 5/5 for their level of quality, timely service and professionalism. My first experience with them was when my heater stopped working mid-winter. They arrived the next morning and replaced the furnace at a reasonable price and also upgraded my thermostat. Several months later, my AC unit started leaking refrigerant. I called Kyle and his team arrived on the same day to diagnose. Just as they did with the furnace, they quoted me fairly on a newer and improved AC unit and I had a working AC to battle the insane 110F heat the next day. Carlos even dropped off a portable system for the interim. All in all, impeccable service from Bright Home Energy. Thank you!

I’ve had my AC unit since 2001 and it was no longer cooling. I’ve been getting quotes for AC repair/replacement when my friend recommended Kyle, said he did a great job with her AC. I contacted Kyle who responded right away, and was able to come out right away. Kyle has been informative, courteous and professional. Kyle explained my options without any pressure or giving me any bad vibes. I decided to replace the entire unit and Kyle and his team were able to get the job done quickly and smoothly. My only regret is not contacting Bright Home Energy Services sooner for my garage insulation & A/C project. I was surprised that they were responsive to set the appointment and install the A/C unit within the same week. At first when speaking with Kyle, I told him my garage insulation plan and he explained the pros and cons. We went with a different route and I'm content with the outcome of this project. Highly recommend!

Man what can I say! I definitely chose the right company to fix my home AC. Kyle & his team were awesome. First time I contact them through msg late afternoon they replied the same day and the owner (Kyle) was in my home next day early morning, he diagnose the problem and gave me two options (to fix the leak on my unit or replace the unit) he was very honest upfront and recommended to fix the leak & if it didn’t work then he would would give me full credit towards my unit replacement. Fixing the leak worked for a little bit but I had contact them again and by next day they were at my home replacing my unit, even though it was a hot day they replaced my unit & had it up and running. What I appreciate is that I didn’t even had to mention anything about the credit, Kyle automatically discounted what I spent on the leak fix from the unit replacement quote! I don’t normally write reviews but I had to this time, they were honest and the quality of work is great, fast and you can tell they care about their customers. I definitely recommend Bright Home Energy Services 💯

If you are in need of some expert & honest advice-Kyle and his team are just the people you need!!! Every time I have called, they are there! This time it was for my Grandmother. She smelled something odd coming from the AC vent. I called and Kyle was there, checked out the unit and confirmed she was right! Bright Home Energy Services are amazing! I had to take the time to write this review after Kyle came to my house to fix my heating and air conditioning system. I have a system that’s about ten years old and Kyle came out and went over the whole system to give me an idea on how much life was left and did some seasonal maintenance for me. Also, I had bought one of those new thermostats from the hardware store to replace the old thermostat I had in my home. It’s really nice, it’s a Honeywell touchscreen thermostat with all the bells and whistles that you can control from your phone. Only thing is you can’t just hook it up to an older system because of a common wire that needs to be present to give the new thermostat power. As I learned from Kyle that the older systems don’t have a common wire running to the thermostat and the instructions for the thermostat want you to kind of rig in a jumper wire to give the new thermostat power. So, what Kyle did was run another wire to my new thermostat to avoid any ‘wire jumping’ and hooked up the new thermostat right! He was so professional and explained things to me so I could understand what was going on as he worked. When he was all done hooking up everything, he even took the time to help me get my app on my phone working and to link up the thermostat to my phone. I’m so happy with the outcome. Excellent customer service! Before he left, he was even kind enough to give me a quote on a brand new system to be installed. The price was very fair and better than what most companies will offer. I’m sure you will be able to read another review of mine for this company in the future because after today’s experience, I will be using Bright Home Energy Services to install my new heating and air conditioning system in the future.
