Thorough performance and good personality by bidding agent and installation crew, who made sure the scope of work was fully understood.
There is a strong paint thinner-ish odor when the cooling system comes on - so strong, i have to open windows - the technician could not smell it! But, for another $1600, a filter to clean out VOCs can be installed! This system was installed in November last year. The cooling system has only been used 4 or 5 times! Called an asked for a manager to come out!
The HVAC Tech Mr. Tu was very professional and provided a high level of customer service. He took the time to inform us of the maintenance performed including taking pictures of the HVAC system and furnace. Thanks

The tech was amazing, but management/customer service is horrible! If I could give them zero stars I would. Completely unprofessional, they rescheduled my appointment many times. They were completely no shows for 2 days and finally sent someone on day 3 after calling 5+ times each day to see if someone would get sent out. They would tell me someone would definitely be coming and I would get a follow up call…nothing. Our A/C was completely out the whole time with indoor temperatures of 100+ degrees, with two toddlers and absolutely no sense of urgency. Mind you our system is not even 2years old. I get temperatures are rising and they have a lot of work, but at least have some decency and notify if no one is going to show to not be stuck at home with no A/C. Also, it’s not the first time we experience this type of service, back in May we had our system go out and it took 7 days and me contacting corporate for someone to come out. If we hadn’t gotten our system by them and had our warranty with them we would have been long gone a long time ago. We have not had any positive experience and definitely do not recommend to anyone..
I have been trying to get a technician out to my residents coming up on 24 hours now. I was scheduled to have someone out between 12 and 4 PM yesterday to look into why my air conditioner is not cooling. I ended up calling them multiple times just to see what the status was and when to expect the tech. I was informed that I was still on the book for someone to come out and that dispatch would be in contact with me. I explained that I have a 70+ year old senior living with me and that I am concerned that the heat might be affecting the health negatively. Eventually at 8 PM after I called in again, the representative informed me that I would have to reschedule to tomorrow morning between 8 and 12 noon and promised me that I would be at the top of the list for having a technician since I was a reschedule due to them no call no showing. This morning I woke up and called them again at 8:08 AM to make sure everything was setup with my appointment. They confirmed that everything was good and I should receive a call from between 8 and 12 noon confirming the tech is on the way. I ended up calling again at 11:25 AM asking for an update, I informed them again that I have a senior living with me and we need to get the AC working. They stated that they were not able to get dispatch on the phone but was able to contact them through their in house chat system. They confirmed again that I was on the schedule and that dispatch would be in contact with me... At this point I am too far in to cancel the appointment and reschedule with someone else (they are booked out a few days)... Please Beutler come out today and look at my air conditioner... I have a feeling its going to be a fairly simple fix, low coolant or something simple... Will update if I hear back from dispatch or a tech shows up...
Showed up diligently for 5 days while we made the move from a/c under the house to a/c in the attic. HUGE and TIRESOME job, but the crew doing the work was phenomenal. They worked hard and long days, updated us throughout the process, and were still in good spirits during a heat wave! So happy to have chosen them for this big project. Happy customers in cool air! Just in time for a hot Sacramento summer! 🌡️🌞

Alex, is a highly professional and well respected maintenance man I have ever seen, did a very good job cleaning and checking my AC.
Alex was fabulous! He was here within an hour after I placed the service call. That’s the fastest anyone ever has gotten here to my house. He immediately diagnosed the problem, and had the part available in order to effect the solution. He explained thoroughly everything that was happening, and why he picked the solution he did. He signed me up for an annual service plan while he was here. If you ever have any trouble with your AC unit, you should call Beutler and ask for Alex.
