Trevor had the best customer service! He was professional, quick and answered all my questions. He even went above and beyond had helped me with something no one else would. The company has been great since the moment I talked to them. We will be using them in the future for sure!
Ryan and John were great and worked diligently to remove old insulation & clean/sanitize attic. Very pleasant young men. Appreciate their work and friendly/polite attitude. The ducts & new insulation was also right on time today. All of your staff are great to work with. Zac was also very professional . Thank you all for helping me get this project done and the commitment you showed to get the job done in a timely manner. You will be my go to people for attic & Hvac issues in the future.
They explained a lot to me about my a HVAC system. They came back the next day when I thought it wasn't working to trouble shoot. Appreciative. They do good work but good work costs a fair price.
Had water leaking out of our furnace. Called Atticman and Jose came out the same day. Jose was great, he was respectful and cared about your system. He explained everything and told us what we can do for next time.
Has a very positive experience with this company. Sales information was clear and upfront. Paperwork was done for me. Crew was clean, quick, efficient and polite. Done in a day and even moved me up in the schedule when an opening occurred. Very pleased with the installation quality and love my new unit.
Atticman replaced our old HVAC with a heat pump. Fidel clearly explained the process and went over all of my options. Kobe and the team were great with the install. Everyone was so knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. It’s so nice to finally have cool air in the house!
(From June 6, 2023) Another great experience from Atticman! We just had our 2nd HVAC system tune-up today after having Atticman replace our whole HVAC system about a year ago. The office staff are always super kind on the phone, and very responsive. The Techs that show up are just as kind, and it is obvious how knowledgeable and skilled they are (today was Josh – thank you!) Josh was very thorough, and informed me of each thing he was inspecting as part of the tune-up. It's a great feeling knowing that we aren't going to have any issues with our A/C in this (almost guaranteed) upcoming hot summer!
The Atticman team showed up on time and worked solid through their twelve hour day. They removed my old system, converted the gas heater to electric, and did not leave until everything was working to my satisfaction. They cleaned up and left my home with cold air. I'm very satisfied.
Their customer service is beyond expectations. Our air conditioner went out when it was 108 outside. I called them late that night and they were here first thing the next morning! And, Lexi is so knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to!
I had them replace my gas heater and AC system with a heat pump. Their bid was the most competetive and they met my timeline. The crew was efficient and effective. These guys stand by their work and will make sure your system is working properly. Had some post install issues and they spent until 9 pm making sure the system works properly.

Vaughn came over to give us an estimate, he was clear, didn't try to upsell us, and worked out a few snaffoo's we had on our end with ease. They worked with us on financing and timing. The crew was courteous, was on time every day said they would be here at 7am and they were on the dot. Professional, Colby, Julian, Ash and Gerald were polite, not a lot of cross talk, they cleaned up after themselves, they were friendly, and respectful. If you need a new system go with these guys. You will not be disappointed.
Amazing work from these guys! They were super chill, super efficient, made everything easy as all hell. Kudos to them for standing up in a 100+ degree attic during the middle of the afternoon heat. They’re simply built different. The best part about this was the quick scheduling. The supervisor came out on Wednesday to diagnose our issue, and we got a new unit in by Friday. Simply cannot recommend enough.
Thomas Royce came to explain the ins and outs of our ac system and furnace. We give him an A+. He explained everything in laymen’s terms. He is engaging and delightful. If our decision were based just on our encounter with Thomas, atticman would be a shoo-in for our business. We are awaiting one more quote on 7/6, then will choose our business partner. I reallly hope it tuns out to be artticman. Pricing will be the determinant. We have not yet used this business.
Had the best experience with Josh Tyson, he called me and said he was running ahead of schedule and was able to be here in the next few minutes, which was about an hour before he was scheduled. He had our AC up and running in minutes. So nice that we now have Atticman stored in our phones for any future repairs we need. Thank you again!
Atticman and there technicians truly went above and beyond for me and my home. They are quick to send out techs, they listened to all my concerns, they spent ample time diagnosing and determining the issue, they quickly got my AC fixed before the triple digits started and there service prices where fair and reasonable. They backed up there work and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I highly recommend them and will keep them on my speed dial if I have issues in the future.
Darwin is the only person I have met in the company who is extremely professional in Atticman. I met at least 10 people from this company. He is the best. In addition, Vaughn is great person he is very responsive and respectful person.
Our AC unit broke down on a day with a high of 106F…Atticman came out same day and had the unit running again within an hour. Thomas was incredibly polite and knowledgeable, explaining the break down and details of our particular system in a really thorough and easy to understand way, which I appreciated. I could be more pleased with this company. I responded to there follow up on some questions I had. I contacted 5 different companies and this company responded first all there response we’re very quick and accommodating. I scheduled a appointment I got email and text so I knew who was coming when trever got here he was polite and tight on time for my two hour window. Not 6-9 hours like the only other company that responded he listened to my concerns checked out my system and gave me recommendations on how to correct my issues gave me a quote and said my system is doing really well for the age and was good for how’ve. I’m beyond happy leased
