Made a call to get an AC looked at on Thursday night and they were at my door on Friday morning. Quick troubleshooting and the issue was found and fixed and a new thermostat was installed also. Great local company with excellent service
This company is the best! I manage a few older apartment complexes so heating and air tends to go out quite a bit. I know I can always call Sean, the owner, and he will be out that same day. He’s super easy to talk to and is really good at keeping me updated. They’re prices are really good, good quality work, and the crew is fast and great! I recommend this company to anyone looking for Hvac work!

Our A/c unit was not pushing out cold air as normal/usual. I called this company because of their good reviews online. Earliest open window was in two days and the gentleman in the office fit us in the next day. Sean stopped by and tested everything and discovered the problem. It was low on Freon and he fixed that along with helping fellow technicians on his phone. He gave me valuable advice on keeping our a/c unit healthy. Sean and this company are very fast, kind, and professional. Sean came and fixed our a/c problem while my little daughter was taking her afternoon nap and she's still sleeping. Local business. They came right away when I had a problem with my air conditioner and the part was under warranty so it was all good.
For a year I was looking to hire a company to replace my old air conditioner and air ducts. I got several estimates from companies whose advertisements I had seen on tv or online. The prices were higher than I expected because they had sales people and advertising budget. Fortunately a friend of mine referred me to Air Cool Heating & Cooling. I ended up hiring them Because they’re family owned and gave me a fair price, several thousands less than other companies. They finished the job in 2 days with professionalism and positive attitude. I am very happy with my new system and recommend them to anyone. Finally I am gonna have a cool comfortable summer. Thanks to Sean and his team👍

I called Sean last minute due to my thermostats showing as no power in the afternoon. I was freaking out and called multiple places. Sean was the only one be able to show up and checked the system for me. He quickly identified the issue and fixed it.

Repeat customer here - this time for my Mom’s old heat pump HVAC! Shawn and Ryan came to the rescue as the temps were so unbearable. They diagnosed the issue, offered up options given my Mom’s circumstances, and remediated the issue quickly and professionally! They are so busy as demand for their services are high given the heat, but fit me into their schedule and did a fantastic job - now my Mom is comfortable and cool in her home; very important given her health condition and age. After receiving six quotes to install a new HVAC system in my home , I chose Air Cool. The reason I chose Air Cool is I was impressed with the walk thru. explanation and price I was given. The installation process was professional, concise and thorough. Upon completion of the install the workers were very careful to pick up and clean areas that they had worked in. I am a retired maintenance director and this company impressed me in their overall approach in the installation process, start to finish. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for the installation or repair of their HVAC system.
If you are looking for a wonderful experience, quality customer service and greater HVAC efficiency, call Sean @ Air Cool Heating & Cooling, Inc.!! From the initial walk through/estimate to closing out and finalizing our new system installation (including new duck work and insulation), we could not have asked for a better experience. Our previous HVAC unit was from the 80’s and was definitely in need of replacement. We had very little insulation left in the attic from years prior. Sean walked us through our existing issues and explained the new system’s performance. He provided us with the model information as well; my husband looked it up and was very pleased with the equipment. I believe we signed and returned the estimate the next day. Ordering of materials and equipment (by Sean) began. About 3 months later we were set with a schedule for removal and new installation (two day process). Today, we have a quieter system and we’re already seeing a huge difference: We’re finally able to set our system on the recommended temperature settings. How so? With new insulation in the attic that’s about 16” thick, a more efficient/top quality unit and ductwork that provides a more balanced air flow to each room/space, the temperature has remained the same in our home throughout the evening! Prior to, the temperature would drop within an hour, and the unit would come on. Our monthly bill definitely reflected this. Summer or winter, the prior system worked overtime to keep up. So, this is what it’s like to have a sufficient system that can withstand the heat and cold?! Yay! Since the new system does not have to work so hard to keep up, we’ll definitely see a financial return on our monthly bill. This project was money WELL SPENT. Our HVAC system was 20 years old and ready to give out. I had 5 different companies come to our home to give an estimate on the cost of replacing the whole system. I chose 3 large companies and 2 smaller companies. The 3 larger companies gave quotes that were $7,000.00 more than the other companies. They also tried to get us to sign an agreement with them that day stating they could probably lower the price if we did. When Sean came over he did a thorough inspection of our existing system and then sat down and talked with us about how we used our system and what improvements we were looking for. We never felt pressure to sign, the price we were quoted was thousands of dollars cheaper and he even identified duct work changes that would improve the way our system worked. The work was completed in a timely matter, the guys cleaned up after themselves and were very polite. Our new system is amazing and we're so happy we used Air Cool Heating & Cooling.
