Reliable. Quick. Professional. Knowledgeable. Trustworthy. I had a gas leak. PG&E came out and shut off my gas to my cooktop and said I needed to have someone look at my appliance. I had another company come out and say nothing is wrong with my cook top. I Needed a second opinion so I used the NextDoor app to get some recommendations from my neighbors. Everyone was raving about "Jeremy" So I gave him a call and asked how soon he could come out. Jeremy came out within 2 hours!! He was able to Diagnose and service my stovetop in less than 1/2 hour. He Showed me the problem and walked me thru it every step of the way. I trusted him and his professional opinion. He found the problem right away when another appliance repair guy looked at it less than24 hours prior and said nothing is wrong with my Appliance. Definitely saving Jeremy’s phone number for all future repairs and help!!
Jeremy’s customer service was great! My refrigerator fan stopped working and he went out of his way to prioritize this, identify the issue, pick up the part quickly and replace the part promptly. Very customer focused, timely and helpful. I would use this company again and highly recommend their services. Thank you!
Today I discovered that my GE refrigerator (around 6 years old) was not cooling properly. After seeing reviews saying that Acutech had great/fast service, I called and spoke to Jeremy. He scheduled a 1-3pm arrival window, arrived right at 2, had the whole thing pulled apart and put back together properly by 3. The price was very fair, especially when you factor in that he showed up the same day and included a one year warranty for all his work. I would not hesitate to call him for appliance repair in the future. Fast, friendly service.
Jeremy with Acutech Appliance Repair was excellent. He has helped me a couple times and he is always quick to respond, very professional, and friendly. He was nice enough to fit me in to help me quickly when my washer suddenly malfunctioned. He thoroughly assessed the issue. He took the time to explain it to me and go over all my options. He even advised me on going through the manufacturers warranty option. Very knowledgeable, polite, considerate, and did not pressure me. I will use his business again in the future and I highly recommend Acutech Appliance Repair to anyone.
This is the 3rd time that Jeremy from Acutech has come to the rescue. He’s helped us out with diagnosing appliances that were giving us grief for one reason or another. He got to the bottom of it quickly and was able to repair at the same visit. He knows his trade well and is extremely reliable and honest. Definitely worth a call!
