Absolutely great service. Came in the evening after another local company failed. Diagnosed a unique electrical and reversing valve problem and got it working when others quit. Enrique was super professional with a great attitude. Plan on recommending him/ACP to all my friends and neighbors. What's even better is he didn't try to up-sell me, etc. If you live in Sac/Elk Grove, call n ask for Enrique.

Enrique came over and checked out my AC which stopped working. He and his partner were very professional , friendly and on time.

I was amazed how fast Enrique was available to go inspect our tenant's AC unit & get it back up and running. He was communicative with both me and my tenants, and clearly explained the part needed and the pricing. The cost was very reasonable. When an AC unit goes down in the middle of the summer in Sacramento, it can be a pretty painful process and Enrique made it a breeze. Thank you!
I called Enrique this morning to see if he could assess whether we could move our thermostat to another room in the house. He agreed to come by at the end of his calls on a Sunday evening. He was very courteous and friendly, and he took the time to explain our options and the pros/cons with each option. He even pointed an issue AC system in the attic and ways that we could repair it. We were very pleased with his willingness to come by on short notice, to educate us on our system, and to work around our schedules to come and do the work.
Prompt couterous repair. Called and was here within an an hour to fix my ac on a holiday weekend!. He explained what was wrong gave a fair estimate and fixed it wothout hesitation! Would absolutely reccomend this company !
