We have used A Cool Air for over ten years. They are very honest efficient and reasonable. They have installed two systems for me in my homes and rentals. Their service is excellent!
All excellent. I especially like.that Vasiliy sends the same technician each time. Victor knows the history of the house heating and ac systems and has a plan for what will be needed next. This time Victor installed a new attic fan and made sure I understand how it will work .

We cannot state how pleased we were to hire this company to recently install 2 HVAC units at our commercial property. The units were installed quickly and included roof installation and large indoor ducting. There was no AC available at the units when they were installed and the installers returned to hook and test the units when AC was eventually turned on. We had a number of quotes for this work - and A Cool Air was by far the BEST price. Vasiliy always responded quickly to all communications and scheduling, and the contractors were also extremely polite, knowledgeable, and hard working. THANK YOU so much A Cool Air!

Found this company to be honest and professional
We had one of the worst heat waves in the history of sacramento and our AC died. We called A Cool Air as we have in the past and they made us an appointment, came out as scheduled, found the problem and fixed it quickly. Our family has used them multiple times and they have always been professional, HONEST and great value HVAC company that we’ve ever worked with. My dad and I trust them while heartedly for all our HVAC needs. Great follow up with Valarie on the coordination and accounting side too! Highly recommend!!!
My downstairs unit stopped blowing cool air right in the middle of the worst heat wave in Sacramento history. Most AC Companies were not only not answering their phones but were not returning calls. A Cool Air returned my call within an hour and set up an appointment for the next day. Due to the high volume of calls they could not give me an exact time frame but told me the tech would call to let me know when I was next. The tech called and showed up when he said he would. He quickly surveyed the issue and found that my capicitor had gone bad. He had a replacement in his van and literally had my unit working within 15 minutes... The charges were very reasonable and I was super satisfied with A Cool Air and would absolutely recommend them.

I trust Vasiliy's work and his rate. I have used his service in the past and know that he is honest and professional, and I value his service very much. A few years ago I tied different HVAC repair companies and came to the conclusion that Vasiliy is not after my money, but is there for repairing the system. I have been using his service ever since and am glad to recommend him.

We are new to this area and trying to find a good local HAVC service company. We are very glad we found A Cool Air. Artem is a young technician but very professional. He did a great job to check our system and replace air filters! Their office is also very pleasant and efficient scheduling appointments. The price is very reasonable too. We highly recommend this company and will use their service for routing maintenance in the future.
Contacted the company for an emergency repair and they (Valerie) responded immediately and were very accommodating. Artem, the technician, was on time and very professional. He had our A/C up and running in no time. I plan to use their service for the yearly maintenance of our A/C.

Our A/C heroes. The first night into the latest heat wave the capacitor failed. I called A Cool Air the next morning and they arrived within 2 hours to repair and had the unit up in running again within 15 minutes. They saved my toddler and pregnant wife from the sweltering heat. I've used them before and will continue to use them in the future.
