The tech was very professional and able to give me a same day service, he did the repair within a very short time, was able to pinpoint the problem and gave me a quote before he did the repair.. His price is fair and I will surely recommend him to my friends..

I called the company on Monday and set up the appointment for the next day. I had an emergency and was going to ER so I called and asked if we could push back the appointment for the same day they agreed to 3:00pm. I later received a call from the technician and he did not know about the time change but had a bunch of questions about the furnace which we could not answer. I told him I would call him when I was home. He then told me he wasn’t in the area could we make it for Wednesday at 9-12, I agreed. I got this strong feeling I should call and confirm the appointment at around 10 am on Wednesday and spoke with the technician he said he wouldn’t becoming because he did not know how to work on furnaces. Wow, could I have been told that initially?
Rosemead HVAC Care has installed a Air Conditioning unit at my home. Their service is excellent and the A/C unit has been problem-free. I'm impressed with the excellent customer service of Rosemead HVAC Care!!

From the phone call to actual appointment the technicians were very polite and they patiently answered all of our questions. I will be calling them for a yearly maintenance of our AC.
