My central AC unit stopped working a day or two ago in the late evening. I have noticed no change on temperature in my thermostat and I freaked out! I looked up places around area for service. I was skeptical about it been my first time dealing with an issue like this but then I found the right company. They got back to me pretty quick, they schedule me right there and then for next day service. Next time I know I had Jesus and Pedro working on my unit as a real team. Jesus is very knowledgeable and answer all my questions, very professional and goes above and beyond to make everything smoother. Over all my experience with the service surpassed my expectations. I definitely recommend the company and especially Jesus for any issue with your AC.

Filmon came to assist us and found that a previous technician incorrectly repaired our A/C. In no time, he had identified the issue, and remedied the mistake that was made. If it wasn't found, it could have caused more damage to my unit, costing thousands of dollars. Overall great customer service, professional, and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Pennies Heating and Cooling to all my friends and family! Thank you for your service, from myself and my pregnant wife as well! Especially when it was 109°F!
No one returned my call for service.
They came out twice, they were courteous, they were very responsive, they explained everything. Unfortunately our AC couldn't be saved but they had the AC replaced within the week.
Outstanding customer service!! Called a few places this morning to get my elderly mom’s AC repaired. The others went to voicemail. Johnny at Pennies actually answered the phone, took the time to talk with me and diagnosed the problem (blown fuse). I replaced the fuse and the AC works fine. I called Johnny back to thank him and wanted to tip him but he said no need. Excellent customer service, professional, friendly and knowledgeable!! Absolutely recommend Pennies Heating and Air in Rosamond!!!
I previous got a quote from Pennies to replace my furnace a few months ago, but wasn't ready to purchase. After a hard freeze warning I woke up to 28° outside and 50° in my house! I called for service at 10am, Pennies honored the previous quote and sent someone out the same day.IJesus and Ivy were great and very professional. They arrived in a timely manner, and immediately got to work! By 3pm my new furnace was installed, the area was left clean and the old hunk of metal was gone! I'll wait to see how the new furnace stands up against a hard freeze before doing a product review, but I am very satisfied with the service!
I called first thing in the morning, spoke to the technician, he told he could be here between 10 and 1pm. He arrived at 10 am and right to work after I explained the issue we have with the ac. He troubleshot the unit explaining that it could be the starter, he replaced it and the unit came on instantly. We will be using them when we replace this unit with a more efficient one later on. Definitely recommend if you need service or repairs!

Great company. From the first call out for help, to the technician showing up, everyone was very courteous. Issac was very professional, and very respectful, he answered all my questions without any hesitation. Hands down best service I’ve ever had, would strongly recommend!
Absolutely smazing. They came same day, walked us through everything. Showed us busted parts and was fair priced. Filmon was friendly and quick. Would absolutely recommend.
