Just after buying our home in Modesto, we learn the previous owner had not maintained the windows. None of the windows could be open without herculean effort, and then once open, they could not be closed. Neither situation was acceptable, so we sought a window contractor to help fix our windows. Every window contractor proved worthless except Barnett's Energy Wise Home Services. They replaced the windows with crank style windows that are easy to open and close.
Replaced my entire HVAC system. Also helped me get a HERO loan for the system. Great quality product and excellent service.
