Got this company asigned from my home insurance after having a really bad service from another provider. This company was great from person in office that took info and gave me appointment to the technicians. Definitely recomend it and will ask for them next time I need my AC or heating serviced.
I signed up with this company almost 1 year ago and have had a summer and winter, check over. I have had a great experience with the office staff and the techs who came to service. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to everyone.
Excellent Service! I would like to commend your technician. We had an issue in my house where we had no heat. He came over, found the problem and went out of his way to get the motor we needed for the heating unit. It was late in the day when this happened and he even went so far as to have the part delivered back to the shop where he went to pick it up. There was a problem in getting authorization from the insurance company and between Robert and his boss, they were able to resolve the issue. He returned that evening and repaired our heating unit so that we would have heat in the house over the long 3 day weekend. This is not the first time that he has been to my home nor is it the first time that he has went above and beyond.
