My Moms A/C went out. Another company tried to take advantage of her (she’s 87yrs old) attempted to sell her an entirely new system for $16,000, or she could fix the current system for nearly $4000.00but it would take four weeks to get the parts….so I called Redding heating and air. They were at my moms home that day and fixed her system for less than a thousand dollars and the tech( Riley) had all the parts in his truck! I highly recommend Redding Heating and air conditioning!!!
After several visits to install a mini split system, they were unable to get the system up and running. Remotes and receivers were not available upon installations and after multiple attempts the correct ones are still not here. I am disappointed with the system and have as of yet not turned it on. Update: To be fair, the company was persistent in rectifying the initial problems experienced with the system. The additional parts necessary to get the system running eventually arrived. This was not in the company's control. All of the employees were helpful and understanding of our frustration, but continued to work with us to get the system operational. They did make ever possible effort to correct the issues and the system is operating properly.

James was on time, very professional, and diagnosed problem and explained repairs and how to proceed in an easy to understand, friendly manner. He reviewed the maintenance plan, which I have had in past, and also gave some very helpful tips on using my HVAC which I will use now. Thank you James for the positive experience.
Courteous, efficient, They were able to come a day early and then they called and let me know they were on their way .

It all started with problems with the ac in the middle of summer and they were the ones that agreed to come check the unit. The unit had two problems. Parts had to be ordered but the service guy set it up to work until the parts came in. At that time I purchased a maintenance agreement and in the fall they came out and checked the furnace part of the unit. Found that the second stage had never been hooked up and took care of that problem. Both service guys in my opinion were great. I do recommend this company.
