Trent arrived as expected, and performed the scheduled maintenance very smoothly. He also checked for components that may be in danger of failing, and provided me with some options to correct that before it became an issue, especially with our Redding heat! I was very comfortable with the entire visit and happy with the service! Thank you!
We have always had a wonderful experience with Gibson Heating and Air. Trent did a terrific job with our service today. He informed me of some upgrades that are available now and I am looking forward to getting them soon. The prices are all within reason which is a plus.
I just had my A/C unit inspected and cleaned by Gibson's to be ready for the summer heat. Their Tech Trent, arrived on schedule, explained what he was going to do, and proceeded to check out my system. He then gave it a good cleaning and explained to me that I did not have surge protection on my unit. He showed me what he could put on the unit to protect the compressor. I always appreciate having people explain the pros and cons to possible problems then let me make a decision on what to do, which Gibson's has always done for me.

We bought our home in 2016 and Gibson has always been here to help us maintain our HVAC, they have done such a good job that we have now purchased and had 2 new units installed in our homes, Manny helped us with our purchase and it was great to watch him find the best price and find nuancing as well. This company is the best for service and fast when repairs on the original units needed repair, they keep us humming all year long, highly recommended for all to give them a call for your HVAC needs!

Robert gave me a quote the same day I called and provided expertise and guidance through the entire process. Adam and Leo masterfully installed the new system, and I couldn’t have been more satisfied with their hard work, knowledge, and the way they cleaned up after each phase of the job. I highly recommend Gibson Heating and Air for all of your heating and cooling needs. 2023 Update: Just sharing Gibson continues to provide excellent service. The folks at Gibson have been very professional, friendly and attentive. When our quite old a/c system went out last summer during the peak of a heat wave, they lent us two portable units to keep us cool while we were waiting for our new system to be installed. They are thorough and do great work!
I am so thankful I decided to use Gibson for my new HVAC and duct system. I had a few other companies come out to give me an estimate; however, when I met Manny I knew I was going with Gibson. He was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. The installation team did an amazing job. Jeremy and Damian were very detailed, clean and professional. Jeremy listened to all my concerns and went above and beyond to relocate duct returns in places that best suits our families needs.
