Gard came through again when we needed them!
I had my AC go out during the dead of Redding summer!!! Stephanie was very professional and prompt in getting her crew to respond to fix the issue. Turns out it was a slightly bigger issue than we expected so we had to limp the system along until parts came in. On a couple of occasions after the initial call (one being on a Sunday morning) they were very helpful and quick to respond when my system went back down. As we were waiting on parts for the permanent fix everyone was very accommodating and made us feel like we were their only customer (and God knows in the summer time that's not the case LOL). I have grandkids there and a wife that had surgery recently and being without the AC was not an option!!! A friend in the HVAC industry recommended them and I feel it was a great recommendation and would highly recommend them myself. Special thanks to Sam and Eddie for their service with a smile!!
I called these guys to come take a look at my AC after I got a quote I did NOT trust from Pro-Tech Refrigeration for $1,500.00 to repair "defective components" on my AC system that was not working. Eddy came out and not only did he go through each component one by one and show me in detail that everything was operating within tolerance, he also discovered that the issue was actually with our thermostat. Literally saved me a ton of money. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable and I couldn't recommend him enough. THANK YOU EDDY or EDDIE... however you spell your name ;)

Sam came out, said it was a part that needed to be ordered. Gard Heating and Air ordered the part. They came out and installed it. Now in the cool. Explained why the old part quit working. Thank you very much.
