Had a routine AC service by Dean from Dennis's Heating and Air. Dean was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and informative. He's a great representative of/for the company.
I have used Dennis’ for over 30 years at my house and at dozens of locations in my work in Shasta, Trinity and Siskiyou counties. I would not use any other company. They are truthful, friendly, very professional. They do outstanding work at a reasonable price. Duane Fry

I have used several other HVAC companies in Redding but when a friend recommended Dennis’ HVAC 6+ years ago I have used them exclusively. Excellent staff and they always do a professional job. I have them check my HVAC system at least twice a year and every service call has been great!

Went through entire 30 yr old Rheem household roof mounted gas heater, fixed all direct problems and did thorough job cleaning out rust, bad wires etc to head off future trouble. Gave me the real story of the problems, what he needed to do\did to fix it and future issues and gave real info and advice instead of the typical line of "you need to replace it, units that old will just have one part fail one after another each time you replace the current problem part" this all while being baked on my roof in the dry sunny day 81° will use these fellows for any future HVAC services.

I was given appointment for a week ahead but woman on phone said she would try to move up…..the following day she called and said she a tech MIKE who had become available and sent him over…he not only fixed it but improved it…we had for only 2 years but wasVERY NOISY and now you can hardly hear it and cools off much more quickly!!!!

James was knowledgeable and professional. Love Dennis Heating and Air! This summer one of our air conditioning units went out, they were there within hours and had us back and running in no time! We’ve use them for our rental too, same experience there!! Highly recommend them.
