Quick response time. Good communication.
Honest company with fair prices. I've been working with them for 8 years to maintain my HVAC system. I recently had to replace my HVAC and they were great setting everything up. My inspection passed with line colors. They also had to do a last minute change on my HVAC system that was being installed and they reduced the price of the install. Highly recommend
Jason and his team member came out to install a mini split for me they finished the job very quick and are very professional super nice guys
The person that sold me the HVAC unit was very nice and personable. I also called around and priced units, so this was reasonable. My experience after buying the unit was pretty terrible. I was told that when the unit would be installed, the team would make it look like they were never there. They left equipment, installation, drywall/ceiling shavings everywhere! My dog's bed had tools and ceiling shavings all over it. I was told I would be receiving a new thermostat. I had the same one, with new batteries. I received a call several days later asking for me to sign a contract via email and to be ready to have people come and check the "permits", which I knew nothing about. I wasn't told about the process upon buying the unit. At that time I let the person know how my house was left, which they did offer to come "clean", but the person gave off the attitude as if I was making it up. I responded to an email about me signing a contract with questions about the "new digital thermostat" I never received and about them using a docusign program (which they did when I was buying the unit), and heard nothing back.
I have talked to a couple ladies in the office and I have had two of the technicians to my house for services and consultations. Everyone has been extremely helpful and never made me feel as if I was wasting their time. All of my questions were answered and service was amazing I would highly recommend Allianz for all of your cooling and heating needs.
Just had Dan come out from Allianz Heating and Air. Our HVAC system was acting up, blowing cold air when it was supposed to blow warm and warm air now that we need it cold. Dan came out and was very knowledgeable and honest when he found our problem. He gave us multiple options to go about figuring things out, honestly took really good care of us. Our AC is running again, it wasn’t a permanent fix but we new that. Its given is an opportunity to reach out to our home warranty. But because he was so thorough and honest, we will be having them come back. Dan was also respectful and very professional. Definitely referring them to friends and family. So if you’re looking for an HVAC company with great service reach out to Allianz heating and air, they’ve earned our business.
Today we had our heating and air conditioner replaced. Jason and Chris did a very good job replacing the unit. They were both professional and polite. They cleaned up everything when they were finished. They worked even when the thunder started and the hail came down. We are very pleased with them. Thank you Jason and Chris! Thank you Russ for the coffee!!
They are very unprofessional. Showing up way too early or way later than the estimated time they agreed on. They have come back to our apartment complex multiple times now because the installation needs even more work. Yesterday we were notified that one of our 4 apartments in the complex was having issues with their heater. We then were told they would come by around 12 or 2 pm to fix this issue, at 8 am they show up doing work on the apartment without a call first or any prior acknowledgement.

Thank God I was there for my mom who was about to get taken advantage. Now I have heard that alliance heating and air is under new ownership but I'm not certain, however they told my mom that there was carbon monoxide leaking a substantial amount and that she needed to replace her furnace at $7,000. There was absolutely no carbon monoxide leaking. What can you say other than they're liars thief's and preying on the elderly and it's criminal

Great service every time. Our heater needed some serious cleaning after not having been maintained for several years and they got it sparkling. A valve was also broken and leaking gas and rather than leave us without heat halfway through winter they did the repair for free. Dan you're the man!
We are very happy with Allianz. Our HVAC broke down over the weekend, right at the beginning of 100+ temps. The technician, Dan, came out and quickly replaced the motor. He was very professional, efficient, and friendly, and explained everything he was doing. We found the repair cost reasonable. We highly recommend Allianz! Thank, you, Dan! 12-31-22 I couldn't figure out how to write a separate review, so I am tagging on the old one. We are very pleased with the service we received from Allianz. Our heat pump broke about a week ago; Allianz came out the day I called to walk us through the options and schedule us for a new HVAC installation, since it was clear the entire unit would need to be replaced. Jason and the crew came out yesterday to install everything, and we were impressed with their professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy. Jason explained everything and answered all of our questions. Our house is now more comfortable and more energy efficient! Thanks, Jason, and thank you Allianz!
My house is now warm & cozy! I am so appreciative of the excellent & professional service I received. Dan not only repaired my heater, but addressed all of my concerns & explained the safety mechanisms on the heater to me. I really appreciate the high level of customer service demonstrated & would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone in need.
Called Alliance first time using their service but was told by other companies my wall heater needed to be replaced no questioned ask. after being told it couldn't be repaired and needed a new one for $1, 995.00 I called Allianz for a second opinion and boy was i happy when they sent out Dan. Dan found the issue immediately repaired and Maintenace it and the total was $175. Hands down there the most and honest and my go to company in Redding. from now on......Thank Allianz very honest service
