Everyone at Air-O was promptly responsive, professional, friendly, and answered all my questions, explained things clearly. My new system is working better than the old one ever did. And this was the lowest quote of the three companies I got a quote from. One of the others didn’t even bother to look at the house or original system, just walked in the front door, sat down, and immediately spun off a quote that was much higher than I paid with Air-O.
Promptly attended to ongoing package unit heat problems over several visits, discovering substantial issues needing to be addressed. Recommended replacing existing 3 ton unit, determined existing ductwork would support a 4 ton, and at a fair price. Technicians and installers very consciousness with Dan overseeing quality control.
What an exceptional company .They were very fast to get me a quote . And the rates are very reasonable .They are very knowledgeable company about what they do. Receptionist VALENTINA is very kind and considerate in trying to schedule me as soon as possible.
Just watched one of their drivers speed up to block 3 cars from merging onto highway 44. The driver then proceeded to point to what looked like a dash cam while flipping off one of the drivers he blocked from merging. Unprofessional and childish. I can provide my dash cam footage if necessary.

Very dependable and honest. At the end of last season, we were told by a different company that we needed a new air conditioner, that ours was beyond repair. We called air-o for a second opinion, and they came out and fixed it as well as possible. This summer was one of the worse with consecutively record breaking heat, and its done a fine job. We signed up back then for a maintenance plan and have taken real good care of our system. JULIUS just came and serviced our system and was very courteous, professional, honest and explained things thoroughly and in a way I could understand. I happily recommend this company.
I was impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of the team. Dan exceeded my expectations with getting me a quote and following through the installation with the crew to make sure we got what we wanted. I expected a long wait due to lead time for equipment but we quickly had an operating system. The unit works great and keeps the house cool. First month utility was already much lower than last year.

These guys are the real deal. Everyone who is with Air O Space deserves praise. From the initial phone call with the caring and professional people at the office, to the service technician and manager who made the repairs, this whole experience was fantastic. Dan the Man was able to quickly access the situation and have us back up and running in less than 30 minutes. This guy knows his stuff. My family and I are thankful and blessed to have Air O Space as our go to for all of our A/C needs.
I had another company come out to fix my air conditioning system. The technician told me that my compressor was bad and that I either buy a new compressor and pay to have it replaced or purchase a new system. He gave me a price to fix my system and then called his supervisor and his supervisor gave him a price to replace my unit over the phone. I decided to get two more quotes to replace my system. One of the companies I called was Air O Service. Dan the estimator came out and showed up on time and was very professional. After he asked me several questions, he asked if I would mind if he could test the system. To make a long story short, Dan got his tools out and determined that in fact my compressor was just fine. He replaced a couple of parts and my system was up and running half an hour later and has been great ever since! I'm so glad I found AIR-O SERVICE!!!!! It literally saved me thousands of dollars!!
I have always used air-o-service and have always been treated with the upmost respect by Janice and she always helped me out tremendously, I don’t know where she has been but since she has left I have been treated with disrespect by the new lady in there, the owner is completely disrespectful and doesn’t care at all about his employees or his customers. The last time I had them come out to my house the service guy had a woman waiting in his car the whole time and rushed the whole job, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Completely unprofessional and rude! BRING BACK JAN!
Air-o services literally changed our lives over the last 3 years.. We lived with swamp coolers only for year's and never thought we could afford AC and Heating that would allow us the comfort and security we needed during increasingly hot muggy summer days and cold winters here I. Churn Creek Bottom. Air-O was able to show us how we could use mini splits to effectively and efficiently keep our home cooled and heated. They helped show me how to best care for the system between throughough yearly maintenance. From their estimator to installers to maintenance crew, they are professional, engaged, clean and courteous. We feel that we have a partner in keeping our house a home!
Our AC unit went out right in the middle of Redding’s traditional 115 heat wave. After 2 weeks of battling with home warranties unethical and scam techniques (not to mention the horrible tech they sent out from a company I won’t mention) my husband and I contacted Air O Service in hopes they could help. I honestly can’t believe how amazing they are. They were prompt and efficient! And most importantly knew what they were doing!! The other company the home warranty sent out didn’t even diagnose the problem right! And when it’s 115, that’s definitely not ok!! Air O service. You are amazing and my family is so thankful!! For anyone looking for help-your crazy if you don’t use Air O Service.

Outstanding! We had Air-O-Service replace our swamp cooler. It is rare these days to find such competent work! We cannot say enough about how amazing this company was to work with from Michelle front office, to Sean and Julius who installed the unit and Dan the tech who came out to complete the electrical wiring, all were polite, timely and knowledgeable. Finally Dan the residential manager was easy to work with and very fair. We have lived in our home for 18+ years and finally have a properly operating swamp cooler thanks to this amazing team. Anyone who is looking to get any heating/air work done should definitely put this company at the top of your list! Thank you all!
Dan and the crew at Air-O Service are top tier technicians and are true professionals. Middle of summer, our system stops working, 112 degrees I call, tech shows on a Saturday and by that next Monday they had cool air blowing. Did I mention they had to deal with a nightmare 25 year old system, a "hack-job" attempt by another company that destroyed it and they did a full permitted system replacement. The communication and performance was amazing. Dan and his guys even took the time to look out for our dog Shadow. Id recommend these guys to anyone as I trusted them with my family and our well being. We just finalized the the new system and the city inspector came and said it looked GREAT. Being a Veteran and Teacher I expect a certain level of performance and Air-O Service went beyond the call of duty! We Thank You!!
