Recently scheduled a service with zephyr. Morris was great! Friendly, professional, on time. Couldn't ask for more. Have just hired them to do our whole house install. They did an amazing job.
My husband and I couldn’t be happier with the work Kevin and his team did. We hired Zephyr for our whole house AC install. Kevin oversaw the entire project, recommending parts and providing options. He made the process simple and stress free. His team are extremely hard workers, tidy up after themselves and were prompt and courteous. We will recommend Kevin and Zephyr to everyone we know and we wont hesitate to work with them again.

THANKS!!! 7/22 - Installation of complete HVAC Split System 5 ton/16 seer & 2 ton/16 seer with furnace, condenser and coils We strongly recommend working with Kevin @Zephyr HVAC. We found Kevin/Zephyr here on Google, Yelp & Nextdoor. Besides having excellent recommendations, he is the real deal & a really nice guy too. He came out & had no problem doing a thorough inspection, and even going into the attic during a heat wave. Since our air conditioner was a 28 yr. old split system HVAC, and just started giving us problems immediately after repairing, we knew it was time to replace the entire system. We found Kevin to be professional, knowledgeable, honest, never pushy, only giving us the options & explaining things, so we could make an informed decision (not over-selling us on things we didn’t need or want). And is prices are very competitive & reasonable compared to other companies I spoke with. And the installation went smoothly & we love our new HVAC, which is more energy efficient & much quieter than before. Previously, we could never use the wall ovens during a heat wave, and now it’s nice and cool even in 100 degree weather, I can cook and use both ovens!!! And we love the new grill vents we added throughout the house! Kevin is always easily accessible, knowledgeable & helpful at answering questions and resolving any issues that arose before, during & after the HVAC installation. Always a pleasure dealing with Kevin and his team of HVAC professional installers/techs. Thank you Kevin & Zephyr Team!

Amazing service and excellent prices!! I got a few quotes and hands down Zephyr was the right choice. Very professional and did a very clean install. Kevin (owner) and the team explained everything and gave me the options. We replaced the entire system with a 2 stage system and Kevin and team were changed a lot of ducting to ensure proper air flow. Re did my return as well. Excellent service and highly recommend!!! These guys just know how to take care of their customers. A++

The workmen were knowledgable and did a thorough job fixing my unit. They even removed mold that had grown due to a leak. I highly recommend them.
I recently hired Zephyr Heating & Air to install a new HVAC system at my house in Sherman Oaks, and the experience exceeded my expectations. In addition to installing my new unit, they also serviced my old unit to get us through a heat wave in the time leading up to the new install. Everything with the new system is working great, and the only surprises were good ones. I rate them an A+.

It’s hard to find a good, honest heating and air company that is reasonably priced. I was referred to them by my neighbor and am so glad he did. Before they sent their tech out, Dan was upfront with what the cost would be. Even along the way, they kept me informed of the cost so there was no hidden surprises. Moris their tech came out to trouble shoot my system. I knew in the back of my mind what needed to be checked based on what some other acquaintances in the industry told me. He didn’t do things that were unnecessary just to charge me more. That’s a big thing in the AC industry. So many companies what to recommend a lot of unnecessary work and rake the customer over. That’s not been my experience with these guys. On installation day their team showed up on time with everything ready to go. They did a great looking job and even included some great safety things such as an overflow sensor on the evaporator coil to shut down the unit if the water is blocked and can’t drain. The American Standard unit they put in is a great unit. My understanding is they are made by Trane which makes their own units as opposed to other companies that are manufactured by one of two companies. Zephyr’s one year labor warranty which is separate from American Standard’s warranty is great peace of mind. Anyone looking for good, honest, professional, punctual company, I highly recommend trying Zephyr. Thank you!
As a facility manager Dependability is everything and the Zephyr team has never let me down in 8 years of doing business with them. They're management staff and technicians are the best in the business. Hydra-electric has no need to search elsewhere to take on the challenge of maintaining, repairing or complete overhauls our A/C units. We simply Trust & Rely on the best in the LA County. Zephyr. Found my new Go-To HVAC company! Need seasonal maintenance for my AC and was soooo impressed with Zephyr. They were quick to respond, quick to arrive and so efficient and smart at what they do. Got us back in great shape for summer. Also, In the eight years we've owned this house, Jesse was the best tech we've worked with. Hi Kevin, yesterday Jesse, came to our rescue when our gardener smelled gas while on the roof. He thought it was coming from our new Rheem unit. I was worried and called Zephyr to have it checked out. Jesse, your employee, inspected our system thoroughly, and found no leaks. My husband and I, both seniors, slept peacefully that night knowing that it had been checked.The gas smell was coming from a distant source in our neighborhood, as it turned out. We commend you for choosing your fine employees, who are very professional and courteous--Jesse, Dan, Bert, Ernie, Morris and all the rest that have come to our rescue whenever we have needed assistance throughout the years. We’ve used this company several times. They are quick to send someone out, especially during the summer when you have to have the a/c working properly. Always on time, good work, and the tech, Moris, is always very nice and professional. Highly recommend them.
