We are a property management company that has used 5 Star Perez on many projects over the last seven years. Walter and his crew always deliver great work for us, on time and on budget. He is extremely reliable, so if once is on the job you don’t need to worry about it. Walter is easy to work with, a good communicator and an all-around nice guy. Highly recommended!
