Horrible service. Rude technicians after being at my house until almost 9pm problem was not solved. Called and they refused to do a recall.

We've used American twice so far, and he has saved us time and money both times. First when the furnace didn't kick on the first cold night in winter, he fixed the ignition thingy, and second when it just died the following year. Anthony was available right away on both occasions so we didn't have to be cold. When the problem was the motherboard (or whatever that's called!) he had one on the truck and was able to fix it the same day. That saved us time and money too and it's working like a champ ever since.
