Ricardo came over on the same day. He was on-time, efficient, pleasant, and a true expert. He had my problem diagnosed (a bad capacitor) in just a few minutes, and repaired in under an hour. I'm going to use Ricardo for any and all future jobs. He saved me time, money, and heartache. Couldn't recommend more highly.

If you’re around Pasadena area and you need an HVAC/AC technician, Ricardo is your guy. 5 technicians I called to go repair our HVAC and every time it breaks and they don’t do anything about it. Ricardo came to our place and diagnosed the issue. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done and didn’t feed me unnecessary services or charge me exorbitant fees. I even got him to service our company’s HVAC. Hands down the best technician I met. Smart, funny, and very knowledgeable.

Ricardo serviced our heater a year ago and was able to fix it when two other repairman said I would need a total replacement. Today he serviced a different heater (but the same kind as before which was built in the 70ies) and spent nearly 3 hours working on it. I was expecting a much larger bill. When I asked him why he wasn’t charging me for the new part he replaced he said “on the house.” How many repairman do this in this day and age here in Los Angeles? Far too many are just out to rip you off. I even had one repairman years ago purposely cut a slit in our year-old heater so he could say it needed to be totally replaced. Ricardo is a rare find. And it was so nice that when I called a year later he answered with a “hi Jeffery! Happy holidays! He remembered me and the house as if it were yesterday. He even offered to come on the same day within just a couple of hours of my call even though it was on a Saturday, undoubtably his busiest day.

Ricardo did a great job coming and fixing our heater! It was a very cold Sunday and he was able to come within 30 minutes and repair the system. He did a great job!

Ricardo was able to show up same day and fix our thermostat. He took the time to walk me through exactly where the problem was and helped me understand how my old furnace and A/C system was wired. Honest, helpful service.

Ricardo was very responsive, honest, knowledgeable, quick and fair. Our air broke on Saturday of labor day weekend. He came over within an hour , we needed a new motor and it was fixed by Tuesday afternoon, only because it was a special order. Would have been faster if it wasn't. We got him off of Google, and he was still open at 6pm. We got very lucky and he is our new air guy! Thank you Ricardo. I wish I could find 10 more like him for all our other house needs.

Our AC system wasn’t working that well bc the ducting in our crawl space was messed up. I’m glad we found Multi Air Service and Ricardo bc they cleaned us right up! He also found leaks in the attic and patched up some of the vents. Now we can feel air flowing in all of our vents and it’s just in time for the heat! Thank goodness!! On top of doing good work, Ricardo is also very honest and ethical. I found his explanations helpful and enlightening. Don’t hesitate to use Multi Air- you won’t regret it!

Ricardo showed up when he said he would. He explained everything about how he made a diagnosis of why my furnace had an intermittent failure to light. An indication that he is very skilled and has a lot of experience was that three separate factors were involved, and he took care of all of them without any problem (clean flame sensor, repair blower fan, replace filter). Given that, his price was quite reasonable. I have no hesitation recommending him.
