The best HVAC company.
Without going into details, I would like to qualify my comments by saying that I have an extensive background in maintenance and construction. Johnny's A/C has done a number of jobs for me and my acquaintances over the last 8 years, all of which were done on schedule and flawlessly. I can say flawless because I personally inspect every inch of their jobs. If Vic is the tech that responds to your service call, consider yourself fortunate: he is the best diagnostic a/c mechanic I have ever seen. Bob Ross

If I could give Johnny's 10 stars I would. They just installed a new furnace for us and have done repair work on our A/C in the past and I will gladly continue to use them in the future because they are dependable, courteous, technically excellent, and extremely professional. We have been very pleased with all the work they have done for us.
The technician knew exactly what happened after evaluating the issue. It didn't take him long to figure out the problem. He went the extra mile to make sure everything else in the ac was working. He had the knowledge and expertise to explain clearly and calmly about the issue and what needed to be done to fix it. I asked a bunch of ac questions and he had intelligent answers! The price was very good and we are all happy! He was pleasant and professional! He got the job done in a timely manner! Lastly, I'm happy I chose Johny's Heating & AC Repair.

We are currently in Escrow and the home inspector that was here said the heat was not working during the inspection. We were surprised to hear this because it had been working previously. I called Johnny’s Air Conditioning who had just replaced the blower motor and control board about a month back to come take a look. It was a Monday and they said our previous technician Vic didn’t have any openings until Friday. Not more than two hours later there was a knock at the door and It was Vic! When Vic checked things out he informed us it had been tampered with. It was a shock to hear and it felt violating to think of a supposed professional coming into our home and corrupting our system. Thankfully, Vic corrected the problem and only charged me for the service call. I am very grateful to him for being honest and fair. It helps to know there are people that do, do the right thing.
Vic went above and beyond. There are not enough words of gratitude to express what a wonderful/amazing job he did. He was at my Mom's house for almost 5 hours diagnosing and repairing her HVAC on 8/21 (well over 100 degrees in the house). Long story short, my Mom had been hospitalized. The HVAC stopped working. My ex-brother-in-law attempted to fix it (without permission) and made the issue even worse (wires dangling, screws missing and etc). Most people would have walked away but we were trying to get our Mom home to start hospice. After figuring out why the unit stopped working (again very difficult as our ex-brother-in-law made a complete mess of the unit), he replaced the motor (after having taking everything apart to find the missing screws to mount the unit), blew out the drain line and topped off the freon, there was finally cool air blowing throughout the house. Because of all of Vic's hard work, we were able to bring our Mom home and she passed in her home (her last wish) with family around her. I highly recommend Vic and Johnny's Air Conditioning!!
Vic has to be one of the most knowledgeable AC guys around, truly informative as to why our unit stopped blowing out cold air, and got it fixed without having to install a whole new system. GREAT COMPANY

Johnny's is our go-to vendor for AC repair at the 3 apartment complexes that we manage here in Pasadena. Last week, one of our tenants heating system went out, and Johnny's had a guy here within 2 hours on a weekend! They're the best at their trade - Highly recommended.
We had to call them over the holiday weekend because of an emergency -- We had a house full of family from out of town with no fresh air! Luckily they were open and were available to come sameday. AC was up and running within 2 hours max. Highly recommended
Last week our AC went stopped blowing cold air, we started searching for AC repair near me and found Johnny's. They sent out Vick, who was courteous, punctual and very respectful! He did a thorough diagnostic, explained everything in a way i could understand, and fixed the problem efficiently in a shorter time than i expected. He didn't insist on doing extra stuff I didn’t need, and from the 3 HVAC companies I called in Pasadena, their price was the best. I knew that Johnny's AC is the kind of air conditioning company in Pasadena that I could count on. Hopefully, my AC will keep going strong but I will be calling on them in the future should the need arise. Thanks again!

I called the same day and had a tech come out within the hour. He was able to fix the problem, and the charge was reasonable. I will definitely use them in the future if there are any more issues.
