Fraud. All their reviews are fake. They are charging $50 show up fee and performing no work. Then they don’t call back.
I would highly recommend Joe’s Plumbing & Heating and specifically, Ron G. I called on a Friday evening with a unit needing to be replaced and they were here by Saturday midday. Ron G. installed the unit and was great at explaining everything. Definitely call them if you need help.

Super nice guy! I had replaced my sump pump and he not only gave me pointers after we realized the problem was the ejector pump, but he replaced the ejector pump same day and fixed the remainder of my sump project for no additional charge. Highly recommend!

fantastic service Called on Sunday, and Lucas arrived the next morning at 10:15. By 1:00 PM, he had removed the old water heater and replaced it. He was courteous and well-informed. My previous one was sagging and rusting from the bottom.

Our water heater began leaking yesterday evening, and after placing a call that was promptly answered in a very friendly and concise manner, a technician was onsite at our home first thing this morning. The tech, Dillon, was very friendly and professional in walking me through the process. Moreover, today is July 4th! It’s refreshing to see a company deliver on its promise – they are open 24/7, 365 days per year. I would most definitely recommend this company to others.

Where I live I try use local businesses but after getting the run around from 3 plumbers I called Joe’s Plumbing & Heating got a quote and an install date in 15 minutes, Jeremy B showed up and installed 2 – 50 gallon water heaters with updated water lines. Can’t say enough about Jeremy. Prompt, Professional and Personable. Don’t call anyone else.
Shout out to Daniel. He did a great job fixing our water heater and explaining each step of the process. He came out very quickly and got the job done in short order. He even fixed a couple of issues related to a previous install and go everything up to code. He had all the parts we needed and got it all done in one shot. Thanks Dan!!!
Trevor is not only a superb salesman and technician, he is also very personable. He is serious when he needs to be and funny when he has the chance. I believe he said we were the first ever call -back on a tankless install. And the issue was a learning experience for us. Seems our master bath shower head was only pulling .6 gallons per minute meaning it wasn’t pulling enough water through for the system to operate correctly! He fixed the shower head and Presto, it worked great. Kudo’s. Yes, I will recommend him to any who need a new water heater, specifically a tankless one.
I called Joe’s Plumbing & Heating based completely on online reviews. Our water heater needed to be replaced immediately and I dreaded the process. I called about 8am, they were here by 11am on the same day and done by 2pm. Communication was outstanding the results perfect. They are very lucky to have Peni B as an employee
Everyone was so friendly and professional. This was a no pressure sale and service. Our technician was Brad. He was on time, efficient and professional. I would definitely recommend Joe’s Plumbing & Heating!
