Technician Anthony was very professional and courteous. Office staff was very informative as well, and nice enough to include us in Technician availability.
I want to personally commend Sean who came to my home for an A/C check. He was a gentleman and did a great job.
I have been with Bryant for over 7yrs. They are very reasonable, courteous, reliable and friendly.
My experience with Bryant got off to a terrific start when the owner came to look at the house and ask us about our needs. The house was built in 1924 and had no AC and only a wall furnace. We decided on a Carrier Heat Pump. Tommy, Bryan, and all the workers treated our house like their own and the quality was excellent. They kept us informed of the progress and answered all questions and concerns. Bryant employees are professional and their work shows it. A review can't begin to tell all of the many details of their work that were so well done. Give Bryant a call - you'll be glad you did!
Had Bryant Heating and Air Company come to my house and fix my central heater unit last week. Their Technician Anthony L. was quick to diagnose the problem. He ordered my parts and my unit is up and running like new again! I highly recommend them. (ask for Anthony L.) Great guy and very professional!!!
I thought the owner did a really good job of checking the house for HVAC replacement. Very thorough in measuring each room’s square footage. Wished they could still provide manual J report. But I trusted the owner and signed the proposal and paid deposit. However it’s been really hard to get the install guy to schedule a time for the replacement. I called twice to the office and both times they said they’ll get the guy, Mike, to call me back. But he hasn’t yet. I understand it could be cause of delays for Christmas or vendor issues but at least he or someone can communicate that with me rather than me just waiting or calling to checkup. Better communication is needed. I hope the install goes well and would be happy to update the review with 5 stars if they do a great job.
They put in a new HVAC about five years ago and when they did the installation was outstanding (per the city inspector). Since then I have had a maintenance agreement with twice yearly service and they are always prompt and provide complete service. There was a recent issue with the furnace and they troubleshot it providing a quality fix
The service call was reasonable at $89. The technician replaced the capacitor he said, which cost $397. What bothers me and why I didn't give them a higher rating is that the technician didn't tell me what the problem was and ask me first whether I wanted to go ahead and have the capacitor replaced. He just decided to do it and then presented me with a bill. It's like a surgeon that operates on you without letting you know why before hand. Sometimes you may want to get a second opinion first.

This was the second time I had to call Bryant Hearing and Air in the last several years and again I was very pleased with their work. I called after hours and received a call back promptly the next morning. This may not sound like a lot but seems like these days most companies tend to not call back or do so whenever. They were able to get me on the schedule quickly only had to wait 2 days which is always important, they were extremely professional. I didn't have time to shop around for pricing as I needed my AC fixed but I felt it was reasonable pricing for the service call and repair. Even better they text me the next morning and said they had a cancellation and could fit me in earlier!! And then showed up when they said they would. Definitely using them again!
Bryant office staff and technicians all are very professional. I have been using Bryant services for all my central air unit and maintenance service.
We were amazed at the work done by Jose, Iran, and Jerry. They worked efficiently and thoroughly. They easily finished on time.They thought of things we would not have considered to help improve the state of our system. At the end of every day, Bryant left no trace of their work. They hauled off all their trash and any discarded pieces from our old HVAC at the end of every day. Bryant Heating and Air Conditioning exceeded all my expectations. We are more than happy with the job done by Bryant. I absolutely recommend Bryant without hesitation. When we decide to add cooling to our garage, I will use Bryant again for the job.

The technician, Tony, was professional in all areas. He prevented a major problem that could of developed and serviced my AC unit with efficient workmanship. I have nothing but high marks for his brand and that of the companies brand of service
