I found AirTech on Google and called when my unit started acting up. They scheduled a repair quickly and had great communication before/after the appointment. Anthony arrived and was professional and knowledgeable. He was efficient in checking the unit and provided his analysis that while operational (for now) I might want to consider replacing the old unit for a more energy efficient model. Another appointment was set for Gil to come assess my home and provide a reasonable quote. Gil was friendly and professional, he answered my many questions with patience and kindness. Highly recommend this company for their customer service and plan to use them in the future!

Matt Z. was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in diagnosing our A/C. He was able to explain the problem and possible solutions to my husband and I using both layman’s terms (for me) and technical jargon (for my husband, who is an engineer). He was able to save time (ahem, labor and thus our money) by using a flexible snake-camera (maybe a borescope?) to quickly diagnose the issue with our A/C without tearing the unit apart. I would absolutely recommend Matt to anyone looking to have their A/C serviced or repaired. Additionally, he sent a picture and a brief bio of himself ahead of time. I loved that he did this without being asked or prompted to by me. As a mother with two little girls at home, this made us feel safe opening the door for him.
This company installed my new mini split system by Mitsubishi electric ( a/ c & heating) . Love this system. They provided it's yearly maintenance & where very attentive to details.

David is an excellent air conditioning and heating technician. He is knowledgeable with all technical aspects of the air conditioning and heating system. David is methodical and patient in solving problems of the air conditioning and heating system. He is also friendly and willing to take the time to explain the causes of the issues that arise with the operation of the air conditioning and heating system.
Matt came out to our house yesterday to fix our thermostat which ended up needing to be replaced. He was incredibly nice, professional, efficient and respectful of our home. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us two remedies along with quotes while explaining the pros and cons of each and was even able to shuffle his schedule to have the work finished swiftly that day. Would highly recommend Matt from Air-Tech to anyone in need of HVAC assistance.

Matt did a wonder job of taking a look at our system. We had other company come in and they would do the big job but never did the maintenance. Matt cleaned the system and changed out the filters. The system was so dirty from the lack of service. The filter were clogged. Both of which just assumed that the other company was doing. Well, they were not. Thank Matt for doing a great job and signing us up for a maintenance plan.
I just had a thorough service appointment w/ maintenance perrformed by Air Tech technician Andrew Kaidin. He was professional, polite and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure speaking to him and leveraging his knowledge and service to keep my mini split system running at peak performance. I'll be sure to request him again for the next recommended maintenance service appointment. Courteous, competent and professional service from start to finish. I employed Air-Tech to replace an old wall furnace heater and in wall air conditioning unit with a unified single zone dual heating and cooling application. I purchased a Mitsubishi mini split residential system. It is everything I could want in a modern Energy Star Certified heating and cooling application. It cools and heats remarkably well and is exceedingly quiet with a clean, minimal foot print. As a Mitsubishi Diamond Preferred Contractor, having my mini split installed by Air-Tech extended the manufacturer warranty by two years, from 10 years to 12 at no added cost. Alex Fish, who came to my house to give me an estimate, was very professional, forthright and knowledgeable. He was courteous, affable and easily answered all my questions. Moreover, the technicians worked quickly and cleanly making sure that they left my residence as clean as it was prior to installation. I would not hesitate to recommend Air-Tech based on my experience.
