I was very impressed by how quickly I was able to make an appointment, it was the same day. Joe came out and was very punctual, then proceeded to resolve our mini-split issue very quickly. He also answered a myriad of questions that we had regarding the unit and its efficiency during summer months. Thank you Joe for your service and for being so willing to answer our questions.
Jason, is honest, professional and quick to respond. We were so impressed when Jason was able to come out the same day we called during a 110 degree heatwave , and repair the AC compressor, which we had feared would need to be replaced. Within an hour he and Joe had us up and running!
Joe is an amazing tech. When our toyotomi kerosene heater needed repairs, he came out, diagnosed multiple problems and advised he take the stove into the shop. He returned the stove not only perfectly repaired, but looking like new. I am so glad the national dealer recommended Jason Sanchez Heating and Air.
The installers Justin and Justin did a great job. Kind gentlemen who had no problems talking through everything with my grandmother. Rates were amazing, service even better. Will definitely be recommending!!

I would not trust Jason Sanchez to install a toaster his own technician called his work the worst he's ever seen, as well as a second and third opinion company. He had our previous statement of service removed. There are multiple other places in town. I'm sure his technician may be good, just beware.
I had two A/C units serviced by Joe with Jason Sanchez heating and Air. I chose them based on recommendations from others and their competitive pricing. He was on time, professional, friendly, and recommendations came without any pressure. I will definitely use them again. Thanks Joe.

The owner lied about the price to complete a mini-split install, do not trust when he says "the proposal is only the highest-cost scenario, and it should be much cheaper/more reasonable," IT WILL BE the exact price you pay and nowhere on the proposal does it state this, but I fell for it and trusted him. Don't make the same mistake, if it's not in writing they will not even admit to it (see below). I'm revising my review entirely and moving from 3 stars to 1 star due to this back and forth with the business's lack of honesty & integrity. Their employee's are nice and work hard but I can't support what felt like selective-scamming. I have nothing to gain from leaving a negative review nor am I wanting a refund, I'm simply warning others.
Had my HVAC system serviced for seasonal maintenance by Jason Sanchez Heating and Air Conditioning. Joe was the service tech and was super friendly, on time, and went above and beyond on his diagnosis, recommendations, and fix of my issues. Absolutely recommend this team for their professionalism and competence.
Thank you Jason Sanchez Heating & Air! Many years ago the air conditioning went out in our building. Business shut down our patrons were so miserable in the Redding heat. Jason rushed down when he heard of our emergency and saved the day. We were back up and functioning in no time. Great company and great people. I love that it’s locally owned and that he gives so much back to our community. The only place I’d send my friends and family.
Jason and his crew have been indispensable in getting our office comfortable during a nearly 3-month bout of a downed heater (due to a landlord who doesn't want to properly fix the issue). Jason understands what we're going through, and has come by numerous times to do what he can to keep it as warm as he possibly can for us. I highly recommend using this company for your HVAC needs!
We will always use Jason Sanchez Heating and Air in the future for any heating or air conditioning issues. After we bought our house the heater never worked consistently. Eventually we put in a claim to our home warranty company. They sent Jason Sanchez. Jason checked the system, explained everything, listened to our description of the problem, and was friendly throughout. The warranty company dragged their feet for months, but the people in Sanchez’s office continued to advocate for us to get the new heating unit approved. Once it was approved and the parts were ordered, they promptly scheduled an appointment to install the new unit. Justin and Justin showed up on time, we’re courteous and friendly, and finished the job within that single day. The heater has been working perfectly since they installed it. We are completely satisfied with their work and we highly recommend you contact them if you need any heating or air work.

Amazing work by Jason Sanchez Heating and Air! We have used the company more that once and will definitely use for any future needs! Needed a whole new hvac unit installed and they worked hard to make the process quick, easy, and affordable for our family. Justin and Justin came for install and wow they are hard workers!! Service Tech Joe was very knowledgeable and professional. He arrived on time and had our Monitor heating unit and water heater up and running within an hour. Highly recommend.
Joe came over and was so pleasant and friendly. He fixed my Monitor heating stove. I had called all over Northern California and could find no one that worked on these kerosene heating stoves even though they advertised they did, until I called Jason Sanchez Heating and Air. I am now on their yearly service plan to keep my Monitor heater running smooth and clean. I would highly recommend this company! AA+++
Joe came out to check my oil heater...it kept cutting out,and with it getting cold, we need our heat! He came in got into it and knew exactly what it is, and fixed it. He can be our guy to call for service for now it!
