Frank is very quick to give us an estimate and our installer Andy M and his partner worked really hard to finish the installation in one day just before the temperature got really hot.
The took care of the problems which were very minor. Basically checking the faucets and removing the child protection. They are expensive for the type of service though. Same for changing a thermostat. they charged $200 just for labor. I recommend going with other contractors with more reasonable pricing
installed an aircon system in my flat last month and I was extremely happy with their service. He was an amazing contact from start to finish and the engineers that came to my house were professional and friendly throughout their visit. I think we paid a little bit more than we would have elsewhere but they were worth every penny. I highly recommend them!
. The technician, Alexander, was very thorough and able to remove all the dirt and debris from the system. He was also very friendly and professional, and he made sure to clean up after himself. I would definitely use their services again.
We used to replace the AC systems at my grade 2 listed property last year. They handled all aspects of the project along with associated building and decoration works. The team were efficient and very knowledgeable in assisting with other aspects of Maintenance and building expertise. I want to give a special shout-out to the lead engineer he who took very good care of the project throughout and made sure everything went very smoothly. When I needed a new heating system installed in my home, I called Fuse HVAC and technician Michael came to my home. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and he was able to install the system quickly and efficiently. He also made sure to explain everything to me in detail and answer all my questions. I'm very happy with the quality of the installation and the performance of the system.
Just perfect from beginning to end, they were really lovely on the phone - professional, friendly and knowledgeable, and the guys who turned up to fit my aircon were a pleasure to have in the house, and finished so quickly! Recently installed AC in 4 rooms in our house. We received 6 quotes before starting the works. The designs they offered far exceeded the other offerings; they were less disruptive to the internal rooms and significantly more discreet on the external pieces of the house. They also offered both an accelerated timeline in comparison to the others and met any of the others on price as well. The subsequent execution was flawless as well. They were quick, effective and the results reflect the initial plan. The team was also a pleasure to work with, responsive, thorough and thoughtful. Our AC system has been very funky this past summer up until recently. The worker that came out to look at it was amazing, he was super helpful, transparent, and gave us our options in order to fix out our AC issues.
Was having an issue with my 15 years old AC unit freezing up. Called their tech on Wednesday morning and service man came on that same day and took extensice pictures so I could see the problems. Tech called me on Thursaday for an appointment and came exactly on the given time. diagnosed the issue and fixed that within 15 minutes Highly recommended.
The tech did a great job of explaining what services were needed and how much the charges would be. Then he quickly took care of the repairs and servicing. Service are satisfied! Highly would recommend.
