During this Labor Day weekend on Saturday around 4Pm our AC stop working. While temperatures were over 💯 that week. I assumed every buddy was closed for the holiday. So we closed all the Curtains and turned off lights But the temp inside got up .to 93 ﾟF so I started calling around on the 6th and some companies were a month away for appointments. Then i Called Quality Heating and air conditioning and spoke to the owner he was so understanding and so caring and said he to was fully booked but said after 6pm he would come. Within 2min he said it's your Capacitor after the fix he stay to make sure the air temp inside was 20 degrees lower. Sorry for this long review but I wanted you to understand how desperate we were. They serviced my system during summer 2021 and on March 2022 ( Cost $125.00). I started using my AC the second week of July 2022, one week later I called them in a very hot day because my AC was not cooling the house. I asked the lady how much it will cost to check the A/C , she told me that the technician will tell you just how much it will cost for the repair. Two technicians came to diagnose the problem and one of them was on the phone with the owner because he didn’t know what to do, he seemed completely lost. After messing with my A/C during almost two hours, he told me that it was the compressor ( hmm🧐) and that I needed to change the whole system (A/C unit, furnace and coil). I was waiting for an estimate, they ignored me and I never received any phone call or estimate and they left me without A/C in July during the heat of Antelope Valley, not professional at all . The technician was very fast on charging me $125.00 on getting lost and not knowing what to do. A knowledgeable technician will diagnose the problem in 15 mns. I will never use this company again, I am so disappointed.
I called Mike at Quality in the morning and he and his crew showed up that afternoon in the time frame he indicated. My A/C unit had an issue with the blower cutting in and out - they did some trouble-shooting and determined that my blower motor and capacitor were bad. They replaced the blower motor and capacitor in a thoroughly professional manner and did a great job of cleaning up. I really appreciated that Mike took the time to explain what they were doing and how they determined what the problem was. The work was done at a very reasonable price. I will not hesitate to call them again and highly recommend this company. Thanks for a great job Mike, Rolf and Eric !

I can't recommend Quality Heating and AC enough! We live up in the mountains in Bear Valley Springs, CA near Tehachapi and this past holiday season we got a huge snowstorm that took out our power and blew out our furnace. Mike was the only person who was willing to make the trek out to us in the still bad conditions. He was a trooper, but he also was a ringer for what he does - he was able to narrow down what the problem was through pictures and came totally prepared. He fixed the problem very quickly, our heat was restored and his pricing was more than fair. And all of this on New Year's Eve! On top of everything, Mike is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Very easy to do business with. Can't recommend him enough. Don't hesitate if you need work done to your heating or AC units. Quality Heating and Air is the full package! We will always be grateful. Thanks Mike!

He came out Fixed the problem in lest then 30 Mins, Very kind hearted person and I will always call them if I have any more problems, Thank you again it only let me put 5 stars but if it was up to me it would be 10.

The tech from the first company we called tried but couldn't get our heating system working. He did however suggest we call Quality Heating in Palmdale. So we called Quality Heating, explained the problem, and Mike came out. After a couple of obviously frustrating hours and much persistence he found that the first tech had left a grounding wire disconnected which caused the unit to shut down. We couldn't be more pleased with Quality Heating's service, will call them for any future needs, and recommend them to our friends.

Hired to fix fan and ended up trying to sell us a new furnace by scaring us that it was unsafe without proof. Just like taking the car in for a dead battery and the shop trying to sell you tires.
These guys are excellent. I work nights got home at 1 am to find my ac not working at all. I reached out for someone to come take a look and fix my ac. To my surprise they called me at 630am and was at my house by 8am that is amazing! They are professional and as you can see timely service. If you need your Hvac repaired or serviced look no further these are your guys!

I wish I could give Quality Heating and Air Conditioning 10 Plus STARS. We are absolutely impressed and thankful for their services. Our AC went out and we were struggling keeping the house cool. As soon as I talk to Mike he instructed me of what to do in the meantime, before he could arrive to our house. Excellent Service and very professional, we are so glad to have found them, specially now a day’s when its very ditto find reliable services and business you can really trust and not get “Ripped Off” . INTEGRITY should be the Motto for this company and their services!!! Extremely satisfied and thankful for them. I absolutely recommend them, we’re definitely lifetime customers. This is not the first nor the last time that we have called to have our system maintained. This time it was for our Lennox A/C. We reached out for service on the 1st in the PM and was able to have someone here nextday. Learned there was a short in the electrical and that the fan motor was not working. Mike had all the parts for this older system and was able to repair same day. Mike and Quality get 10 Stars from me!
