Best customer service.
I would like to share what a wonderful team Western Air has. Very dependable, trustworthy, professional and most of all personable - they care! We had a split installed in the garage yesterday with ease, they are the best. Our maintenance contract with them is very reasonable too!

Excellent service! I’m new to the valley and wanted to have my air conditioner maintenance done by a company that wouldn’t screw me over. I called and Kassandra told me about the twice yearly maintenance program. Adam came out to do the maintenance, checked everything out around the house and even offered to install a programmable thermostat that I had bought. Was super friendly and I felt went way above and beyond. I signed up for the maintenance program and I’ll see them again in the fall!
Excellent job , very affordable and professional, on the time. What really impressed me every time is systematic control and advice. They are so better than guys-companies did before, who just wanted to make money . Thomas is a great technician, we learned a lot from him regarding a/c and heating to recognize possible problems. Highly recommended

Thomas did a great job and fixed problem another a/c company has been out 3 times for and didn't fix. Thank you Western Air, you will be my first call next time.
Thomas was direct, professional and knowledgeable. He patiently explained what went wrong and fixed it. However he also told me that we had to question why a fan switched off. I now feel I know what is happening to my heating system and if the system trips off again what will be done. I really loved working with him and feel I am in good hands.

We used Western Air for the first time as one of our subcontractors on a home remodel recently. We (as well as the homeowner) couldn’t be happier and will only be using them from here on out for any and all things HVAC!!! Owner Adam is professional, knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. His guys are top notch and I don’t think there is anything they can’t do. They are the real deal. Thanks Western Air. Adam came out in a real emergency of 118 degree temperatures. Quoted a price to install and when suppliers could not provide he upgraded it at no additional cost. This company really came through for us. In times like this it is hard to find someone who stands by customers.
Western Air was professional and efficient. Everyone was really nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. Front office staff were great and the guys that came out were awesome! As far as the AC goes: everything works with no issues! We had old duct work and A/C unit. They came out and replaced the old unit with a new one. They also repaired and replaced areas of duct work that had been damaged after placing stuff on them in the attic (oops, though we have to plead ignorance haha). House is cool, and can’t really ask for more than that!
Had western air come out and run all new duct work with a new upflow in the garage. They did great work and there worker's where extremely polite. I will definitely be using them for all my hvac needs.
Adam from Western Air installed a new A/C system in my house and I am more than happy. He was prompt, fair and clean and I would highly recommend him.
