Right Away AC is hands down the best AC company I have used. They are extremely professional and quick. My AC unit broke down at 1 am, you could barely go inside the house because of how hot it was and they showed up within 30 minutes and repaired it as well as a few weeks later they cleaned and replaced my swamp cooler. All of this was done quickly with minimal fuss and came with a full report of why they fixed what they fixed and how. Best AC company easy. Would recommend to anyone.

This summer, late at night, the cool air at my mom’s house stopped working. A technician arrived within 30 minutes of calling and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. Thanks to Right Away AC, my family and I didn’t have to wait till morning to get it fixed. We appreciate their help and will be using their services for our future HVAC needs!
Used Right Away AC for the installation of our total HVAC System during our complete remodel of our Palm Desert home. 2 Roof Top HVAC units, Ducting, Vents, and Thermostats. They are professional, polite, trustworthy and stand by their word. Install was done clean & efficient, and the new system works amazing and nearly silent. Would not hesitate to use them again!

2 hours from phone to finished, and priced-right for this cheapskate 🧭 For that — the reason for my call — they deserve ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ But for a perfect score… the 2x/yearly service contract seemed $$$ @ $159. Worse: the price to service my 2 units: 2 x $159 😳 no bundled price?! Flo from Progressive would be apoplectic rn. Also, googling or whichever engine Nextdoor uses produced 4 Right Away listings and more than one phone number — “Housekeeping!” (I’ll update if I’m hired for Marketing, or at least Copywriting.) Wha the hay?! No free bundle? 😉

He is knowledgeable, professional and cost effective. Recently, Travis provided exceptional service regarding an air conditioning issue. He was on time, professional and explained what the issues were. I have nothing but good things to say about Right Away Air Conditioning.

The Right Away Air Conditioning team that came to our house was professional. They explained the process of the duct cleaning to allow us to make the necessary adjustments to continue our work from our home offices. They did a great job of cleaning up after the duct cleaning and adding insulation to the area over our garage. Our clean-up was minimal, and for the type of work they completed, surprised us. We were thankful. As well, Patrick and staff who set up the appointment were helpful and flexible to find a time that worked into our schedule. Great work!
I was in a bind with our vacation rental, Right Away AC lived up to their name. They came out in a few hours and had our unit back up and running within a few hours.
I have been using RightAway for HVAC service and maintenance for over 4 years and have had great results with them. While having work done outside, a contractor accidentally severed the underground control wire to our A/C system. As always, Right Away came through. I called and explained I had a slight emergency and they were here in less than an hour and had our system working within an hour after that. Thank you to Patrick, Travis and the rest of the Right Away team. They run a professional and expedient operation. I highly recommend RightAway.
As the name says, they handled my after hours call "Right Away" and did a professional job! They even pointed out that the part failed premature due to improper installation from the last repair service. Thank you for fixing it right and your prompt service!

Amazing service. Breath of fresh air (Covid and AC pun). I panicked when my AC went out. I called a few places and they either didn’t answer or couldn’t service it right away. I called Right Away and Patrick answered with a very friendly and helpful demeanor. He took the time to walk me through potential issues and solutions, and even offered me some possible costs to help ease my mind. A tech was at my door in 20 minutes (this was at 7pm on a weeknight). The tech was professional and knowledgeable, explained the issue and fixed it quickly and cleanly. He also recommended a few little tweaks I could make to improve the cooling. The price was very reasonable (less than expected!) and the tech used current technology (emailed invoice, recommendations and easy payment). Very very happy. Next time I’ll call Right Time first!
This company and its owner Patrick we’re at my house within 45 minutes of a call which as most know that live here in the desert no air-conditioning is an emergency. They did a fantastic job great service great communication overall great experience
