Highly recommend P&B! Steve is awesome! Our AC had a leak and we were out of AC for over 2 weeks in the middle of August with 115+ degree weather. Our home warranty company was taking forever to get the repair done and wanted to charge us an insane amount of money. My neighbor recommended us P&B, I called and Steve responded and scheduled the repair right away! His price was very reasonable, he was kind and professional, didn’t charge us for extra transportation costs, he was very thorough and clean with his work, and took the time to ensure that we had the correct diagnosis. He fixed our AC in less than 2 days, gave us a 10 year warranty on parts and 2 year on labor. Our AC has been running perfectly since the repair, it feels so awesome to have our AC back and running again, especially in this heat wave!! If you need someone who is honest and dedicated to providing high quality services, Steve is your guy!
steve did a great job. I had a new AC installed and a mini split. He was very professional and left the site clean. I feel his prices are very good for the amount of work he did.
Steve is one of the most honest and professional people you will ever meet! He repaired some things on our ac a few months ago and he does his best to educate the homeowner as well. He warned me that the breaker to my ac unit would most likely give out soon, and sure enough, between last night and today our ac unit wasn’t working like it should. I called Steve today and he was so incredibly kind to stop by and reset my breaker for me so I would at least have cold air tonight for my two young children and I. We will get our breaker replaced but we will most definitely be contacting his company to replace our entire AC system when the time comes.He is the fairest and kindest person you will meet in this profession. I will recommend him to everyone I know. Thank you Steve!
Technician tried to sell me a whole new system claiming it would not last more than a few days if he repaired it. The AC was not working on a hot day. He even wanted to replace the heater, just because it was part of the HVAC system. I had him do a repair and cleaning. It has now been working for months.
Got 9 bids for my Pga west home Steve was the only 1 to measure and go up into the attics to checkout equipment and access and his bid was far superior than any other which ranged from $14500 to $19000 and within 1 week I have new ac and on a scale of 1 to 10 he and his company did a 10 plus
This company is like finding a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Jerry was our service provider and he arrived early. He was so courteous and professional. He explained exactly what the problem was and repaired it quickly. The cost was very fair. We had a completely different issue come up today , April 25,2020 at 5:45. We called and left a message and Steve returned our call in 5 minutes. He walked us through some possible solutions and got our A/C working. We will have him out on Monday to give our system a good one over. If you need service please call this company, they are the BEST!!!!!
PB Mechanical Air Services provided exceptional customer service! Techs were on time, professional, and completed the job in a timely manner. The owner kept in contact throughout the job and treated his employees with the upmost respect. Finding an honest and trustworthy company is hard to find and we feel we have found just that. We are new to the Coachella Valley. As new residents we rely on word of mouth when choosing home repair vendors. Our neighbors highly recommended PB Mechanical and they have not disappointed. Steve has been both professional and accommodating; the most recent example is when our newly installed AC unit, just over 7 months old; failed. We reached out in desperation due to the extraordinary high temperatures and Steve was able to schedule same day service! He was able to quickly diagnose and repair the unit. We are extremely satisfied and have decided to place both of our units in a biannual maintenance program with PB Mechanical. Keep up the good work!
Hello, This company came highly recommended and they lived up to those standards. Late on a Sat afternoon on a holiday weekend, they were willing to come out and inspect our AC system! Outstanding called them with a furnace issue. They came the next day. Discovered we needed a new complete system. They replaced it all in one day! Waived the diagnostic bill. Very nice staff. I will always use P.B mechanical for my heating and A/C needs. Cheers Don Quistberg!
A great company. They were on-time, professional, and fair with us on a repair they did on a "mini split" AC system at an apartment complex we manage. In the end the repair price quoted was a little cheaper as the job ended up being easier than he originally thought!
