I needed a new heating and AC unit. After researching prices and service I chose Palm Desert. And have never regretted the decision. Everyone I interacted with was professional and concerned about giving the best service. Which is what I got. Thank you. In particular, the installation staff worked long hours in hot and cramped quarters without complaint and were always willing to try their best to meet my expectations. Which they did.

I did a lot of research and obtained estimates from 3 different companies. Palm Desert Air Conditioning and Heating offered a top tier brand, American Standard at a lower price than other companies were selling third rate brands. They were also the only company that offered a complimentary 2 year maintenance program. The installers, Dean and Dennis were on time, very professional and worked very hard. They were quite knowledgeable. It was a pleasure doing business with this company and looking to a long relationship with them maintaining my new AC unit and heat pump.
Quick helpful and professional
I've recently had some problems with an AC unit that is 10 years old. I decided I wanted to fix it and try to get some more mileage out of it. Palm Desert AC was incredibly responsive and a pleasure to work with. The point of contact, Jean, is wonderful. I plan to use them to help with correcting problems created by another company in the valley who installed a new unit that has been non-stop problems. Many thanks.

Working with Palm Desert AC has been a great experience all around. From Jean in the office, along with Lin the service manager and all the techs, I could not have asked for a better HVAC company to deal with. Simply outstanding! I had a new efficient two stage AC and heat pump installed. The technicians who installed and adjusted the unit were very professional and worked efficiently. You cannot go wrong using this company.
From initial quote with Linn to installation (1day new AmStd 5T) all went well with $200 in tips as their team was well deserving. PD Air installed last Trane in 1995, lasted 27yrs. Same professional quality I remembered.
Excellent 👌 process for obtaining a quotation, and turn around time. Unfortunately the price for the product specified including labor was substantially higher than the other quotations obtained.
Omar was the technician for us and he immediately diagnosed the problems and fixed everything. Absolutely excellent service.
Air Conditioner failed during 120 degree temperature after former AC contractor canceled routine maintenance appointment. Tried calling AC company that installed unit and found out they had gone out of business. Company that assumed services sent a technician that wanted to sell a new compressor and would not honor manufacturers warranty. Palm Desir Air Conditioning and Heating Co. sent Damien Hernandez, that diagnosed and repaired entire system by replacing defective parts and adding freon. This was accomplished in one day and resulted in over $4,000 ins savings. Definitely a 5 star company.
Oscar came to my rescue on a Sunday afternoon, he was on time and very knowledgeable about my AC unit. I had just had surgery and I can't thank him enough. I will use this company from now on. Reasonable price for above and beyond. Thank you Oscar.
Today is 123 degrees and the ac at work went out yesterday at 2:30. When we came in today it was 90 degrees in the office. Our management company said their vendor couldn't come until Monday afternoon. Two business days was not going to work. I called Palm Desert Air Conditioning and they were here in half an hour and fixed it right away. They saved us from having to close down for two days. They will be my first call next time!! Excellent service!!!
Palm Desert AC sells only top quality products at fair and competitive pricing. Their technicians are professional, experienced and were on time courteous and friendly. I've been using PDAC for many years, and have never been disappointed with any of their work.
I highly recommend this company and service. Not only did they get to my home at 10pm in under 20 minutes, but they fixed my AC in 30 and it was a great price. I could not speak more positively of the experience.

Palm Desert AC is the best. I ran into a lot of AC con artists when I moved to the desert 3 years ago. I just could not find a trustworthy company UNTIL I called Palm Desert AC. Their maintenance service is wonderful - they do not use arm twisting tactics - just straight fowarrd and professional. We are happy we found them with so many choices in the Valley

Omar was just perfect for our AC system maintenance job. He was masked, fully vaccinated and totally professional. He performed vent repair and AC recharge in record time on our early 80's unit without batting an eye. Call these people first, they are the best!
