Mike a came out and took a look at my heater because it wasn't working. We realized that the gas company flagged the system. Micheal gave me some recommendations and did a great job

Casey was great called ahead and told me he would be at my home at 3pm this was at 2pm. He was exactly on time!! He explained what was going on with my drainage issue. Also My options etc. Good guy! Thank you for sending him!
I did not accept your outrages bid. I had the job completed for less tan 1/3 of the bid you gave. I will never call your services in the future.
We woke up this morning to find our water heater had burst sometime overnight causing water to flow through our garage. Our home warranty company’s recommended contractor couldn’t schedule us for 5 days. I called NexGen in hopes of just getting someone out to turn the water off to the water heater. Our technician, Raymond was able to do that, plus assess/explain the damage and provide options for us to consider, including a stop-gap option that would work until our warranty contractor could come out. We opted to replace the tank and the install team was able to come out same day to get everything replaced and running. Great service all around, everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable & personable. I’m definitely going to call NexGen the next time we have a plumbing issue!
Trenton was very thorough and professional. He explained everything he was doing and made sound recommendations on how to better use our air conditioning system. I would definitely ask for him again.
1. HVAC: Martin Rodriguez was very thorough and patient. He has a lot of experience and has great management skills as well as knows the HVAC system well. He spent much time making sure my issues and questions were taken care of. He diagnosed with the utmost care and was able to explain the issues and solutions. I appreciate all he did to satisfy my wife and I questions and fix the problems and maintain all needed. I rarely meet a worker so caring. Despite some of the time actually needed for the HVAC issues, he went above and beyond satisfying all the checks we asked of him. It was comforting. The extra costs are worth it! 2. Plumbing: Kevin Richardson: Courteous and patient and extremely knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and flushed out my tankless water heater, and cleaned the screen. However, the company and company’s website says they will also check all the pipes and plumbing for any leaks but the rep stated this is not possible and they did not carry any moisture sensor device to even see if there are possible leaks anywhere. Nonetheless at least my water heater was serviced for the standard maintenance and took his time to do so and with care!
I just had Art check my heater and air conditioner. He was thorough, explained everything to me with clarity and ease of understanding, and showed me pictures of my units. He was knowledgeable, and clearly had a complete understanding of my units and his job. And he was early! Yes! Art's professionalism showed his quality of care and his professionalism. I will definitely use him and Nexgen Air Conditioning and Heating again!
This was the best experience I have had with any service company ever! I highly recommend Nexgen to anyone who needs Plumbing heating/AC service. Patrick Cordova was the tech assigned for my service and I can't say enough about this young man. Super professional but down to earth. No push for upsales. Great experience. 5 stars 🌟 I will definitely use them for my future needs.

NexGen was such a great service. Not only did they offer a free first visit to check out our plumbing issue, the technician called in while he was here and brought in an hvac technician to service our a/c and change the filter for free. We will definitely call on them for our future hvac and plumbing needs. Everyone from the phone specialists to the technicians was so nice and professional and it really felt like they all had our best interests in mind the whole time.
Jesse from NexGen arrived promptly today to do an initial inspection for our main sewage line that needed some attention. He was very knowledgeable of what he was looking for and provided us with an assessment that made sense for our situation. After a couple of other plumbers came out, this solution came out to be most cost effective one as well as the least invasive option too! We're looking forward to solve our plumbing issue with NexGen.
Today, I had the pleasure to have Carlos and Edgar help me out with my heating and air conditioning unit. They showed up on time and called before arrival. We had issues with our heating and air conditioning unit, not properly working. These guys came out and helped us out, and were very honest with their findings and transparent. Our air conditioning is up and running. Thanks to the professionalism and honesty of these guys. Thank you very much for having these guys here.

We had a minor problem with our plumbing. NexGen was super friendly, professional and helped us learn how to prevent this same issue from happening again. Alfonso wad very time efficient and communicated very well about arrival time, issue and conclusion.

I had called about a slow draining issue and had it cleaned and working again within 3 hours. The had an available technician who arrived immediately and ran a snake to remove lint and debris from the washing machine drain, and got it going good again. Great promotion price I was lucky to find so it was even better pricing. Will use them again and Aaron my tech was the best and cleanest plumber I’ve encountered.
I cant say enough positive things about Nexgen and John for helping us with-a sewage blockage. From the first contact ove the phone everyone I spoke to was polite and made me feel help was only moments away. In fact John from Nexgen was at my house within the hour. John was just knowledgeable and shared with me step by step what he would be doing , always assuring that he would take care off us. Which is what he did. Within an hour or two he was able to unclog our sewer line. Our sewage main was cracked , they push through a camera and found our issue. Again I would highly recommend them any time.
Needed a garbage disposal replaced and Nexgen sent Julio as their tech representative. He was on time, professional and knowledgeable. Replacement was done quickly and correctly. Although the estimate was higher than expected Julio was a great and personable representative. Our only concern was wanting a more detailed and itemized bill from Nexgen explaining the final bill. Not really a Julio issue but a home office responsibility! If given the opportunity ask for Julio, you won’t be disappointed.
Poor communication they didn’t call the morning of my appointment then there was a difference of opinion weather or not the filter was to be included(the Home Depot rep. said it was) they agreed to include it then I was given a manager who offered to do the service for free but when the technician did the job he said the filter wouldn’t be included. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly and didn’t hesitate to answer all of my questions. At the end of the day I’m uncertain, whether or not, I would use them again.
