It looks as though the owner may have replied to one or two of his endless one star reviews. Kind of weird because I've called him and left three voicemails requesting He call me back over the period of three business days as well as multiple messages with his receptionist. No callback no customer service. His company tried overcharging me for, an angle stop, a water line, a wax ring and extra labor for these superfluous items on a simple toilet install. They told me they always replace those as it's a liability issue. Those parts that are present on my property (with exception of wax ring) are brand new and in perfect working order. I asked them to not install those And to speak to the owner to discuss. I have not received one callback. I've had multiple conversations with his receptionist. She was extremely rude and misinformed after I asked her where they are obtaining their material from i.e. the toilet, she said “she cannot give out that information.” That is illegal in California to not disclose who your material suppliers are for mechanics lien purposes. They are definitely a cash grab, shady company that has illegal practices. I am definitely a reasonable man but When I called with questions regarding the service this company is providing for me I get complete silence and am completely ignored. This company and owner has no desire for any type of dispute resolution with their costumers. Bad business indeed!

First American Home Warranty sent this sub par company out to repair/replace a wall heater. The amount of time that has taken, has been unreasonable. In addition to waiting a very long time to have them come out and install a new wall heater, they ordered the wrong wall heater. Now we have to wait again and I can’t get anybody to call back and remedy the situation. This house has not had working heat for several months and this company is terribly slow and unresponsive. I would never recommend them to any of my clients. They didn’t hesitate to charge your credit card $275 prior to the work being completed when they came out and had the wrong wall heater.

AWFUL! SHADY! DISHONEST! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This company was assigned to us by our home warranty company to replace our AC unit in October of 2021. I had to follow up in January after not hearing from them. Our unit was on back order supposedly. The unit was installed in early Spring and caused water damage to my ceiling after the first use. I had to reopen a claim for them to come fix it. They claimed it was a manufacturer's defect. What actually happened was that the tech installed a p-trap which had an exit higher than the entrance. Since water doesn't flow uphill, it leaked. Had it been a manufacturer's defect, the drip pan would have caught it. To "fix" this mess, they created some garbage out of PVC and an abundance of blue glue/sealant. The PVC was fitted together so poorly and at such bad angles that the "fix" still leaked through the sealant. Of course more damaged was caused to my ceiling. After 6 months and the 5th trip to my residence, they fixed it and ordeal number #1 was FINALLY over and everything was finally in working order. Then began ordeal #2- getting my ceiling patched and repainted. It is now November 2022 and my wife and I have given the owner many opportunities to correct his mistake. He has stood us up when we've taken time off of work to see the damage; he's made a verbal agreement to fix the damages; he's blamed the manufacturer and told us to pursue our claim with them; he has never once reached out to us; they told us they are so far away that they are having trouble finding a contractor in our area (yet they took the job in the first place and we Googled contractors in our area while on the phone with them and found no less than 10); he told us to find a contractor ourselves and he would pay whatever the cost; we submitted the estimate to him, and now he cannot be reached by the office manager. IF YOU VALUE YOUR HOME, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have pictures to back all of this up.

First they give you a quote, and then they come back later or something else change and higher. The price on you bunch of crooks would not recommend these people to nobody.

A Plummer came over to change out water regulator and also a toilet (both covered by warranty) but Plummer was not prepared, no parts with him and said the work would require a second worker and would have to be done at a later date.. We never heard back and they never responded to our attempts to reach them.. This was Friday afternoon, September 23rd, very disappointing, very unprofessional..

If you want the most unprofessional service you can get, and desire to be lied to, along with wasting your time and not showing up and following through with what they say they’re going to achieve, ( then this is your company ) Save your money consumer beware!! Do not use these flakes.

This company is assigned by my Home Warranty Company to replace my water heater. The way they do business is unethical. They pulled a water heater replacement permit at the City without letting me know. They installed the water heater against the code, or not knowing the code. They did not order an inspection through the city nor notify me to order one after the installation was done. I was not even aware that a permit was initiated. My request to correct the installation was denied by the company. Be aware!!

This isn’t a plumbing company, they are pure scam artist! Get a second opinion if your home warranty plans to send them out. Jesse Hurtado was their technician (scam artist) and all he did was look at the damage, pretend to play with his detector in the area only and said he couldn’t hear anything. He suggested that they will have to rip out the concrete slap in the garage and repipe the entire house and it would run up to 15,000+. Had a real plumber come over. Did a detection on the entire house. Found the leak in the pipe, and fixed it within 30 mins. And it wasn’t for 15,000 dollars, that’s for sure!! DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE IN YOUR HOME!!!

This company does not care about there customers. I have been with out hot water for 9 days. This job was done through a warranty company. I requested to speak to a supervisor 5 times. The receptionist/ dispatcher kept telling me they were busy or out of the office, and they would have them call me back. Never once heard from a supervisor. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Do not use them.

The most not caring and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with or seen. Made problem worse and created a large leak on my roof. Didn’t do anything to fix it. The company didn’t care at all. Terrible business!

Had to use under Fidelity insurance for plumbing issues. Came out July to repair hot water circulater with a LEAK had to wait 10 days for repair...lazy could have seated out and come up with solution but no..last week timer went and was not ciculating...it was shutting off the switch was failing..I rigged it with electrical tape..worked for temp fix..they come back today to FIX...guy tells me it is working..told him history..was here less than 5 minutes... going to send out second company for their opinion...not professional at all..no critical thinking skills..did not troubleshoot... Complete Morons should be company name..do not use and Fidelity Homeowners Ins. is the worst...

Anabelle, and Lacey have been so professional in communicating with us. Our Service Techs were prompt and fast. Thaniel and Corey were really respectful and informative during the assessment of our HVAC Unit that needs replacement. They explained what they were doing so we were clear, step by step. They followed all Covid guidelines, especially when entering our home. We have two high risk members in our family, one undergoing medical treatment. They took all the precautions necessary and we are grateful for their service. Thank you to Mr. John Boyle for your kindness during this time. He was sent by the insurance company. He claimed that my problem was a pre-existing condition. After fighting with the insurance and getting a second opinion the second company claimed that he was incorrect and that there is no way he could of known that other then just to deny the claim.

In the last 5 years every year I have had to call my homeowners insurance to send an air conditioning tech to my house to service my air conditioning unit. Every year a tech comes out and refills my coolant. Nothing is ever wrong with it. Last week Lucas Jeffers came and serviced my AC unit. He cleaned out my unit and figured out my control board was broken. He was amazing. He took his time and serviced everything that needed to be fixed. He is very honest. I recommend this company because of this technician.
