I purchased a new AC system from Breeze. It was a very enjoyable experience. Brendan explained all my options and was very helpful in making my decision to get the variable speed system at a fair price. The installers showed up exactly when they said they would. They were very professional and the installation looks beautiful. Update: one month after installation and I noticed The unit was using more electricity than my old 16 year old one. They came and did something with the freon and said it was fixed. It is now tow days later and the whole unit is not working at all. And today's temp is going to be 109. Lets ser if they respond to my call for an emergency service.
They have sent two different people over in order to check & repair the air-conditioning/heating thermostats, and my house is freezing after 48 hours of since the last appointment! It was quite obvious at the time, but now even more so that the man sent over here the second time did not know what he was doing at all. He did not bother to program the new thermostat that he put on, and he also put on another thermostat that is non-functioning, just like the last one. In addition, his hands were very dirty and I had to use Fantastic in order to clean my white components off from dark fingerprints.

Need to replace an old HVAC system, and Breeze Air provides a very fair price for the new system, much better than other companies that are expensive and do not visit the house to check everything. The sales person named Brandon is very nice and knowledgeable. The 3 person installation team did a great job with 110 degree plus weather, clean and detailed work. Breeze Air has their own metal shop and made the customized duct transition make the system work better, also the filter box is nice and easy to change air filter. From purchasing and installation, I can feel this is a company that can be trusted. And I believe future maintenance will still be at the same level.

They truly treat you very well and go above and beyond to take care of you. They 100% care about the community. Eli and Angel both came to my house to look at my unit and in minutes they found the problem and fix it with ease. They both are great service technicians and are very knowledgeable. I also worked with Albert the service director and he truly did me a solid. I thank you all very much.

We moved to the desert about a year ago full time. The house had two a/c condensers outside and two furnaces in the attic, and the majority of that equipment was from 1996. A friend of ours has a general contracting business in the desert and we connected with him for a recommendation on getting a new system. We wanted a quieter, more energy efficient system with better temperature control, and we really wanted to avoid a company that focused on quantity over quality. He told us that Breeze has been in business in the desert for decades and does great work, so we gave them a call. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. On the spectrum of 'Good,' 'Better' and 'Best,' I was able to tell our rep Brandon where our budget stood, and he then provided two options within that selection. I appreciated that he 'consulted' with us on a new system, rather than trying to 'sell' us. He listened to what we wanted and what our budget was, and did not try to up-sell, or push components that we did not desire. Brandon delivered a clear proposal with all the equipment and services listed out, and a final all-in price - no surprises. About a week later Rigo, Augie and Alex showed up to replace the system, and we were impressed by their job. They were timely and professional. Each day they'd lay down drop cloths through the house and swept up at the end of the day so that we never had to clean up. Most importantly, it was evident that they cared about doing a quality install, and took their time to do it right and were not rushed. Since they had to cut about an inch off the attic hatch the fit the new furnaces through, Breeze even sent out a contractor the day the job finished to fully repair and paint the hatch so that it looks even better than before. The project has been done for a few days and we could not be happier. About 3 days ago I was cut off by a a service person driving a Breeze van. This driver made a conscious decision to beat me to a traffic signal the dangerously swerve in front of me then slam on his brakes. Then this morning another Breeze van was aggressively cutting in and out of traffic at 7:20 am on Washington boulevard.

I have had Breeze Air Conditioning service my heating and air conditioning units for the best part of 15 years now. They are the best in their field. I am very pleased with them and would consider no other HV/AC companies to service my units.

I have used this Company since May of 2009. The servicemen have always been efficient, thorough, and have explained exactly what was done. This time I mentioned an issue with thermostat and it was replaced same time. I will always reccomend this company to anyone.
