This is an amazing company. The very best I have ever used. So professional and very thorough. It was the owner Sebouh who came to our house. He went out of his way to get to us as soon as he could. He wouldn’t even accept payment as he fixed it very quickly. This is our go to company for the future.
Professional and courteous overall a great experience driver was excellent with handling all of my questions and was prompt and on time very nice experience . I would recommend to anyone to call them for any questions or service you may need .
Do not use AC Blue! They are frauds and don’t diagnose the issues first! This fraudulent company refuses to diagnose a unit but instead tells you that a $950 cleaning is needed first. The capacitors on the roof unit were rusted from normal desert wear. I told the tech the unit on the roof was inoperable. He refused to go on the roof to even view the unit. He stood in front of the door covering the inside blower and unit and without opening the door said the coils were dirty and they needed to be cleaned. He filed erroneous reports back to my insurance saying there was no mechanical failure present and a cleaning was needed. With broken capacitors there clearly was a mechanical failure present. I spent 3 days in 112 degree heat without AC because of the fraudulent acts of AC Blue, the tech George, and the owner Abud. To add insult to injury George makes you feel dumb and won’t listen to you and Abu calls you and berates you, twists facts, lies, and tries to pressures you into spending the $950 to clean the unit. It’s a typical boiler room method of forcing people to pay for a cleaning before they do the full diagnostic work.
Very professional and quick to respond. Have worked with AC Blue for 5 years, happy they are always able to work with my schedule and provide excellent service and results.
